Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were patient with my daughter’s progress. They were happy to explain any queries I had and made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease when she was there.

My son saw Jane quite a lot. She was always friendly and made me and my son feel at ease. She spoke to my son about what was happening at each stage of his treatment and was so friendly other member of staff also friendly and very well organised. Lovely staff, lots of support and great communication, my daughter has spent the last year with a brace having her teeth adjusted, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Abdi is lovely, so kind and encouraging and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend this service.

Dentist was very informative and generally polite. Handled braces and retainer efficiently, Dr Ismail particularly. Would recommend to anyone enquiring about brace fitting.

I had a great experience with Dr Ismail’s team. This started with the professionalism and friendliness of the reception team and carried through to an effective, comprehensive clinical treatment leading to a very satisfying results. Due to various health issues my treatment was anything than straightforward and lasted 4 years altogether. All problems were perfectly navigated by Dr Ismail leading to a great end result and everything was covered without question by the originally agreed cost. My son had an 18 months treatment to align his teeth. The care he received from Dr Ismail and team was exceptional. They were always professional but friendly as well. I’ll definitely recommend the surgery.

What a fantastic orthodontic practice. Every member of staff are friendly and so helpful. Both my children have now finished their treatments and WOW. Their whole journey through covid and after as been wonderful and the results well our favorite word is SMILE. We can not thank you enough and I know my daughter will miss her regular treatments with Jayne. Thank you all. X
