They debited my account 4x but couldn't fulfill my order because "payment didn't go through" dealing with customer service overseas who don't speak English was a nightmare... They said I'll get my money back in 7-10 days but I'm reporting fraud to my bank.

I’m sorry, but this is 2023. The shipping costs, “exchange” and return policies are absolute garbage. I live in Hawaii and other much smaller retailers are capable of delivering here without charging such ridiculously high shipping rates. Won’t even offer to exchange the damaged item without shipping costs. I’ve already paid $30 for shipping for an item that was defective, then they want me to return it for $6, and then re-purchase it again with an additional $30 shipping. Absolute trash.

This site is a scam. It charged my card 10 times and does not actually have any merchandise. Do not order from here.

I love it I got so many compliments it got here in a short time and perfect timing for my mom and I to go see the Barbie movie it’s so super comfortable and didn’t know it came with pockets

Original shipping of product was great. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. That’s where it went down hill. Returns aren’t free. The package arrived at Her Universe 4 days later and no refund 2 weeks later. They told me on the phone today it could be another 2 weeks. The sweet young lady was trying to assist with customer service but I believe her hands are tied. It’s just how things are there.

Wanted a specific tshirt by a specific date. Paid for express shipping but item came during their normal shipping time so the express shipping was useless (but I barely got it in time). The order was two tshirts. One t-shirt did not state it was on clearance so when it was received, and it was far too large for a 2x, I could not return it so it's getting donated to Goodwill. Second t-shirt arrived separately and several days later. Shirt was also too big and the fabric was awful. Not sure why I paid $30 for a tshirt whose wholesale rate is $3 (even with logo). Will not buy from them again. (Also, the horror stories also on TP make me even more nervous.)

First time ordering from Her Universe. They used Lasership, who then delivered the package to the road and the end of my driveway. Contacted Her Universe support to have them not use Lasership for future orders…. They can’t do that. The cardigan I ordered is not worth the stress of potentially having my package stolen or run over because it was delivered to the end of the driveway.

One part of the order was sold out and I asked to cancel my entire order then (as I mostly just wanted that one item). Was told money will be back in a couple days by support.
Couple days later I get an email saying my order was shipped (that I wanted to cancel due to half the order being sold out). I contacted support about this again and they say orders CAN'T be canceled. Although told otherwise before.
Horrible experience with purchasing/shipping and sold out items. Even worse customer support. Do not recommend buying here.

Their website would not process my credit card information even though I have never had an issue with this card with any other online realtor. I was told to try another browser, which I did, and it still didn't work. I was then told I would have to place my order over the phone. When I called the next day, one of my items was sold out. Furthermore, that associate on the phone couldn't process my order either due to technical difficulties with his system. I had to call back the next day again. I mentioned I was concerned about stock and the associate told me not to worry, but, of course, by the next day the second item I wanted was also sold out. So thanks for absolutely nothing.

It is very difficult to exchange clothes. After sending back your item, you have to call them to process another order. Otherwise, it automatically processes as a return regardless of what you wrote on the card that went with it.

I really like this company, so I'm sad to leave an average review.

That said, I'm writing this review to express how disappointed I am that Her Universe no longer ships their Star Wars merchandise internationally. There are thousands of international fans of Ahsoka Tano that would love to buy merchandise, but we are once more left behind. It is especially disappointing, because there are other items that Her Universe will ship - why not the Star Wars line?

I tried to place an order but there was an error on the website, I contacted the customer service and they just said that I had to call, no other help or try to solve the issue, just "call this number" and bye

Beyond disappointed. This was my first ever experience with HerUniverse but it will definitely be my last. I ordered a cardigan on Tuesday morning but changed my mind later on in the day. The next day (Wednesday), I talked to an employee who told me that it was not possible to cancel my order once the payment had went through and the only thing I could do was return or exchange it. I also would not be reimbursed the $20 shipping I paid and on top of that would have to pay $6 more to return the cardigan. So in total, I would spend $26 USD just to have an item brought to me and have it taken back. Complete scam.

Made my order 7 weeks ago. No email updates, so I checked online. It has been cancelled with no notification and they still have the use of my money - no refund!! Disgraceful.
