Very bad experience….

Very bad experience….. after i speak with the manager for send me the parcel after coming from holiday they have send my parcel before… and have left that parcel on the bin or on top…. He have been stolen by someone and now i have lost so much money and customers because of this… almost 1500£ losing in 4 days😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 NEVER NEVER THIS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY…. And also the men which have responded to my message was very very rude… he hang up the phone after tell him that my parcel have been stolen and delivered the day before coming from holiday…. He only said that is my fold that i have chose that day like a safe place or something like that…. Which i never did it as i have been on holiday…. I am very very upsed with this company really…..

The order has never been delivered

I placed an order at the end of April which was sent via Royal Mail 24-hour service, but the parcel never arrived.

After reviewing the delivery proof, I saw that the parcel had been delivered to a different postcode. While there was a minor error in the address I provided ("Drive" instead of "Court"), the postcode on my order was correct. No one contacted me to clarify the address or notify me of any delivery issue, and I had to chase the company myself.

Following the company's response to this review, I would like to clarify that my concern is not about the address error itself, which I acknowledge, but that the parcel appears to have been delivered to a different postcode and no refund, replacement, or further investigation was offered despite my request.

After following up again in June, I was told the matter was entirely my responsibility. Unfortunately, I lost the money and never received the items. This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience.

After investigating this matter with Royal Mail, we found that the postcode entered on the order was incorrect. As with all deliveries, we rely on the address details provided at checkout to ensure parcels reach the correct destination.

While we appreciate there was only a minor error in the address, Royal Mail delivered the parcel based on the information supplied on the order. Unfortunately, once an item has been delivered to the address provided, we are unable to accept liability for any loss resulting from incorrect delivery details entered during checkout.

We understand this is frustrating and we did try to assist by reviewing the delivery information and providing all available details. However, in this case, we were unable to offer a refund or replacement as the delivery issue resulted from the address information submitted with the order.

the person that I talked with onthe telephone was really helpful, she explained the delay there would be due to supplier shortages but that made the experience understandable without the need for constant calls.

I am very disappointed with Herts and…

I am very disappointed with Herts and Essex customer service. My app put in an old post code into my order delivery address. Up until the point the Royal Mail sent proof of return delivery to them, HE “customer services” were brilliant. Since then after repeated requests and phone calls later I still have no redelivery of my products I paid £180 for. I would have been happy to pay a redelivery fee but no one ever calls back . There appears to be no dedicated customer service team to follow up with.

Just an update to my review . As per the reply below I was not issued with a credit and have had no correspondence from
The company telling me I had a credit.
However I am grateful that I now will hopefully be advised how I can access and spend the credit given.

After reviewing your order, the parcel was unfortunately returned to us because an incorrect postcode was entered on the delivery address when the order was placed. As this information is provided by the customer at checkout, the return was outside of our control.

Once the parcel was returned, we issued you with a full store credit so that you could reorder the products using the correct delivery details. We felt this was a fair resolution given that the issue was not caused by our company or the courier.

We always aim to provide excellent customer service and are therefore surprised by this review, particularly as a store credit was provided to ensure you did not lose the value of your order.
