You'll have to not mind waiting the better part of a year waiting for orders to even ship and customer service is non existent

I ordered my daughter 6 FNAF plushies off this site well before Christmas and her birthday all in one order because it offered a discount the more you ordered. After 2 months and both occasions had passed they still had not shipped I was told it was because there were 2 pre-orders (with a claim on the website of a 2 to 4 week wait not 6 months) in the order and under no circumstances do they ever ship orders separately with pre-orders. OK fine....then it was month 3 then month 4 finally over 5 months in and they FINALLY shipped the order in 2 seperate packages not even on the same day and STILL missing one item. Each pre-order in a seperate package so apparently they can indeed ship orders sooner...I inquired about the missing item which had been in stock since the day I placed the order and now that item apparently will not be ready to ship for yet another month at least. So if it does ship when they claim when all is said and done it will have taken a minimum of 7 months to complete the order, IF it does ship when they say it will. So overall we are 6 months in with no communication from the company unless I've initiated it no offer of a discount or anything beyond it just takes time. We'll be lucky to se3 th3 final item at the 7 to 8 month mark...4 months shy of a full year to fulfill an order. Overall the quality of the items received are wonderful and my daughter is thrilled with the quality so I will give them that, the items are lovely and worth the price. The wait however is absolutely ridiculous I've never experienced any online order to take almost a year to fulfill. Thankfully I have an understanding patient kid but she missed out having any gifts for her to open on Christmas or her birthday. Despite ordering what I thought was well ahead of time based on the advertised pre-order time frame which now says 8 ro 12 weeks. As cute as the items were I will NEVER order from that site again spending almost a full year in limbo not knowing if I'd been scammed or not was just not worth it. Customer service is jusr ai generated replies of it will come soon. By far the worst online ordering experience I've ever had. I hope the final item we're waiting on will actually be shipped when they claim but judging on the montns of back and forth im not holding my breath

Overall what you get is quality but when your order takes that long and customer service is atrocious the wait makes it not worth it I'd never from this site again. Buyer beware you'll be waiting at least 6 months or longer before you can even hope to receive your order and in multiple orders despite customer service claiming thats what is holding up your order being shipped.

Items not arrived

I ordered two items on December 26th 2025 for about £100. It has now been 3 months. I have contacted the company multiple times for an update and gotten nothing. No replies at all. And now, when I try to call the number it doesnt work either. The website is also down. Im really disappointed in all this

Ordered 4 plushies, 3 months later nothing has shipped

I ordered 4 plushies in the beginning of December for my children and spent over $200. I specifically ordered plushies that were not preorder as I didn’t want to wait 8-12 weeks. Come the end of March, I still have not received them. When I reach out to the customer service email I get a generic response and have to reply again. After this I am just told to be patient they should be put around the 8 week mark. Now we are well past that and nothing. I will never be ordering from this company again. The worst experience from a business I have ever seen; and no way to contact customer service by phone. Beware of ordering from here if you don’t want to wait half of the year to maybe get what you purchased.

I will start this with admitting that I did not read that this was on pre-order. My fault. I get that. However, there is no communication initiated by Hex, other than the acknowledgment of the order and then a follow up the same day saying “your order is processing and shipping soon”. I placed order on 12/26/26. Again, didn’t realize was a preorder. It is now January 23, 2026. I emailed Warren James LLC (the customer service email and in a not very pleasant tone demanded a shipping date or a refund and I gave an ultimatum and said my kid was sad. I went back and looked at the order; that is when I saw preorder. I immediately sent another email apologizing and taking back what I said previously and acknowledging my mistake. I received a response-practically immediately. A long message saying sorry and thank you for reaching out again…hitting all the points in my email. At 5:30 am I resent another email apologizing again and wishing him a good day. I got another reply immediately at 5:40 am. That surprised me. I looked at his email and it is going through an AI driven company ReAmaze that generates replies to customers making you think you are talking to a real person. Not happy about that at all. How do I trust what is being told to me if a canned response is being sent out reassuring that shipping will happen? Not feeling secure right now

Terrible quality products

Terrible quality products. Ordered a shirt and hoodie for the joy of creation collectiom from this brand and the quality was awful. The shirt had literally no give to it at all and the fabric of both were extremely uncomfortable. The hoodie fabric gave me rashes on my skin and it was marketed to be oversized when it was extremely small. I wear a womens large and bought an XL UNISEX in both the shirt and the hoodie, and they were both still too small. They are literally not comfortable to wear at all and I am very disappointed. They also smelled terrible when they came out of their packaging. I contacted support about this to ask for a refund because there are all of these quality issues and they still cost 110 dollars. and they decline my refund. This brand is a disservice to fans they only want to take their money please avoid at all costs

Just got my shadow bonnie hoodie it was…

Just got my shadow bonnie hoodie it was like 70 dollars and it's So uncomfortable. The material inside is so rough and the seam down the inside of one arm is huge and lumpy. I really would of expected this rough material from temu not hex. So gutted its unwearable.

Ripped T-shirt, looks like someone poked holes in it all over

Y'all, I don't know what happened. I've ordered from Hex before so I didn't think this would happen, but I got my Ennard shirt and it's in awful condition. I received it as a gift (mind you, the packaging was NEVER opened until I received the gift), and my friend was unable to get a refund because he kept it until my birthday. The shirt was ripped in several places, there were little holes all over. I can't wear it at all. I'm really disappointed, I was so excited to get this shirt, and I fear it's just too expensive to buy another one. I bought the Funtime Freddy plush from them earlier and he was in great condition, so I genuinely don't know what happened this time. Needless to say, I would be wary about buying apparel from them. Customer service sucks too. Dawko, you're cool, but your business has its flaws...

Terrible Service

My packages were lost in shipping, and customer service didn't make it very easy to get a refund. Dawko is cool, but this company sucks, never ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 hoodies from Hex in…

I ordered 2 hoodies from Hex in September. I looked at the reviews and saw the main complaint was shipping time. I wanted these for Christmas, they were both in pre-order one says it will start shipping November the 11th the other said 6-10 weeks but I am not sure when that started. Anyway, they arrived about a week before Christmas. Both were made of high quality materials and I am happy with what I got. Just make sure you read if it is a preorder or not and expect a long shipping time my package came from China and took a while to arrive. My experience was good but be aware delays and long shipping times are possible.

The products are brilliant they really are, the shipping is absolutely terrible! I’ve waited since Oct to be told an item is out of stock, all others are in sitcom but won’t ship because of this one. I know it states on the orders that this happens but when you’ve gone past the 6-10 weeks and also been sent an email saying they’ll be shipped to be told in another they won’t is a joke. These aren’t cheap and like I said a brilliant but come on HEX sort this out as it’s ruining the experience for loads of people.

Worst Customer Service

I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week now. I have called and left voicemails and I have sent multiple emails. Their site says “1-2 business days” and that is a total lie. The shipping is RIDICULOUS to charge that much to not even ship out for 8 weeks!! I hope the product is actually worth it because over all I have had a bad experience so far.

I have multiple problems with this…

I have multiple problems with this company. The main one everyone experiences is the wait time. The longest I've waited was Black Friday to August. The prices are insane as well. $55 for cotton with a few magnets. Don't get me started on the bundles. Customer service is nice, but rarely reliable when you're wondering when you're items are going to arrive. The one thing I like about this company is the product. If you own multiple, it's super high quality and fun to change the parts around.

Hex, great experience

I contacted Hex customer service and spoke to a really helpful employee called Ethel. Ethel offered a refund or to swap the item for one in stock.
I decided to amend the order and they arrived to the UK within 2 weeks.

In UK and order came within 10 days!

We are in Uk and my son is absolutely desperate for one of the magnetic fnaf plushies he has seen online.
After reading the negative reviews of the website I told him we just couldn’t get him one as I wasn’t willing to take the risk after all the negative reviews saying the products didn’t come and no communication from seller etc.
There was too many alarm bells for me.
Anyway my husband said let’s just try it and we’ll order on a credit card so we’re protected if it doesn’t come.
We chose one of the magnetic plushies that were in stock (as opposed to the back order ones) and it has come today within 10 days!!
The quality is brilliant, I am going to have one very very happy son on Christmas morning as he doesn’t think he is getting one!
I can only assume the bad reviews for orders that didn’t arrive were back orders but to be fair it does state they will take 8-10 weeks!
