Hexrider - Ride the Distance Opiniones 

A China based business that trys to appear as a US based company. Delivery times are long. Ordered the seat pad and gloves. Pad came, gloves did not. No help from customer service.
Beware

They are overpriced compared to the competition. The seat cushion is already showing signs of wear after a few rides. I would expect more from a product that charges double what the competition does

I bought this based on the advertisement and some of the other reviews posted. Well it didn’t live up to the expectations I had and my tail bone got just as sore with the hex rider as it did with out it. Me personally I would not recommend spending your money on this.

When this one wears out, ill definitely order the set again. I was on the edge of buying a new seat but run across the Hex rider ad. My first experience was with customer service which i usually dread doing but this turned into a great experience. Emails was answered the next day and they stand behind their word. Now, my problem with riding is my tailbone. I have a 700 dollar seat for my bike. With the pressure i couldn't ride more than a hour without getting off to relieve the pain. The way Hex designed their cushion it relieves all my tailbone pressure and i can comfortably ride 3 hours no trouble at all. I also got the passenger one as well. She loves it and makes her ride a lot better. So basically you can have a stock Harley seat and add this and it will feel better than any of the high dollar seats because its designed better.

Awesome seat cushion!! It has helped with my right leg aching before , but with the Hexrider motorcycle seat cushioning I’am using , I did not have that pain and aching in my right leg with my all day riding for a good 10-11 hours ride ! Which is a blessing ! The hexrider motorcycle seat cushion gives a nice and comfortable ride through out your riding days ! It fits well on my bikes seat. Well worth investing in this seat cushion, I highly recommend this Hexrider motorcycle cushion ! Thank you! Paul

I really didn't believe the advertisement at the beginning but I thought well. I'll try it and if it doesn't work I'll send it back. Their suggestion was to ride it for at least 2 hours the first time and then decide what you think. My first time out I rode for 648 mi on my way to Arkansas. I have to say without a doubt I am totally 150% satisfied. I got off the bike and felt no pain in my backside, no pain in my back. It was actually a total delight to get off the bike and feel good after that. Many miles. I highly recommend this to anyone who puts miles on their bike.

Bought this for a 12 days 3500 miles ride. After the 3th day it went flat. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I ordered a rider and passenger seat for my 2018 HD Ultra Limited. The rider fit great, but the passenger was way too small. I sent an email to HexRider, and support got back the next day. I sent in a picture, and they sent a recall label to ship it back. I then ordered another rider seat for my passenger, and it is working out fine.

Love the Long Distance Seat Cushion! Been riding my Harley for many years and have tried many seats, even custom big name brand versions and still got sore butt after a 2-3 hours. I recently installed the Long Distance Seat Cushion and took a six hour ride with NO discomfort.

Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. When I ordered the seat cushion, the add said that a book of rides would also be provided. I hadn't received it a few days after I received the cushion. I contacted customer service via email and within hours they emailed it to me. BTW, the ride book is very good with a lot a great rides detailed.

Seat cushion was delivered as advertised. Fit my BMW F800GT perfect. My bike has a very thin seat that starts to hurt after an hour or so. Very cushy and made a 3 hour bike ride very comfortable. No more road pain so far.

If you are thinking of purchasing a Hexrider cycle cushion, you can't go wrong with the Hexrider. I ordered one for my wife for the passenger seat on our Harley Triglide Ultra. I must have ordered the wrong one because it was too small & would not fit the seat. Upon contacting Hexrider, the wheels began turning on getting us the correct one. With in just a couple days, the second one had arrived at our home. This one fits perfect & my wife could not be happier. Hexrider went out of their way in replacing the first & did not charge me the difference in the price. If you feel learing about ordering from Hexrider, you can put your worries aside. Their business model is spot on. Customer satifaction is their top concern. I would not hesitate to purchase from Hexrider again. My wife & i are giving Hexrider 5 Stars but they deserve 10 Stars.

Great structured seat cushion, as I was riding I hit one of those bad bumpy roads and really never noticed it. It was great.

So I bought the HexRider pad a few days ago and I was able to use it yesterday.
It's super easy to install btw .
I was sceptical if it would actually work for my back cause I've tried many things over the years with no luck !
This is an amazing product. I rode yesterday for 7 hours and was perfectly fine and I woke up today with no back pain .
I'm more than Happy with this product:)
