Professional, friendly and comfortable
I went a lone for a scan here and had a male sonographer, however I felt extremely comfortable the whole time, never felt rushed and that I could ask all the questions I wanted. Honestly a wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We went for a reassurance scan at 12 week. We have used this place for our previous 3 children.
Very good sonographer. Gentle, accurate and very informative. This practice generally runa on time and prices are competitive to many other places near to us.

Such a wonderful experience at Hey Baby…
Such a wonderful experience at Hey Baby Solihull. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The lady who performed our scan was very informative and explained everything she was doing. Definitely recommend

We were really pleased with Heybaby, we arrived early and were seen straightaway. Everything was thoroughly explained, staff were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend. We loved the light up room feature for gender

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, straight in, the receptionist was lovely and the woman doing the ultrasound was very patient and informative. Made us feel very at ease and it was a great scan!
The facilities were immaculate too, clearly take a lot of pride in the business!

Cute heartbeat teddy & 4D
Thank you so much .., was so surprise by the gift of a teddy which had a recording of our baby’s heartbeat… will cherish it forever… we couldn’t get a clear 4D so we were given a second chance with no extra charge to try again a few weeks later… got a lovely 4D memory of our little one today … plus video & picture prints … thank you for making our day

Absolutely fantastic!
I didn’t retain any names (baby brain and excitement kicked in!) but I just wanted to say how fabulous and welcoming they both were. The guy on reception was lovely and everything was done so quickly with printing our photos and getting us settled in. Our sonographer was also amazing. She made me feel really relaxed and spoke through everything in detail. Just amazing seeing our little baby too! Very positive experience all round!

Not very professional
Not very professional, being 32 weeks pregnant the sonographer couldn’t even get one decent photo of the baby. The whole reason for paying for this service was to bring my other children and it was a waste of time.

Nicest sonographer we have had. Talked us through everything she was doing and told us exactly what she was looking at and why. Will 100% be going back for a late reassurance scan
