I received mine a couple days ago and use it for me and my daughter every day since! Very easy to use and the settings of low and high temperature are perfect for our hairtype.

The products were delivered in more than 10 days. I bought two sets so I got the straightener for free. The box came open.
You can’t adjust the temperature, very cheap material.

My order arrived in a timely manner. I watched the tutorials and had some issues using the iron but now I have managed to use it with little or no issues. I would recommend this curler to my friends.

Great product love the curls and the way it looks

I ordered two of the multi styler for Christmas and was supposed to receive a straightener for free well, the two boxes was delivered today but not the free item. I think this is very disappointing to know that it is a Canadian company and the service is so poor. I am still waiting for a response from my last email to them. Also, is anyone being charged monthly for VIP service? Even though I declined the offer, they are still taking money from my cc. I called them out on this even though I have numerous emails requesting the cancelation, they took money from my account on December 10 2025. Very shameful for claiming to be a Canadian company. This is very deceitful.

The delivery company they use (even though the website says Fedex Priority) it is not, the delivery driver left it at my place of work when it was closed. Threw it over a 6 foot fence, and of course someone climbed the fence and stole the package. Needless to say I did not get my styler, The holder came in a second package, and that delivery driver didn't deliver it on the weekend, he held it and did a re-deliver during business hours. Now I have a holder for attachments and NO styler, the company will not replace which I understand, but the delivery company is NOT taking ownership and will not reorder or refund me.

I am excited when I recievedand I tried it.My hair looks great.IAnd highly recommend this product.Company did a good job on this product.

Just loved it

Even though it says Toronto just know this is coming from another place. It didn’t take long though to get to me. Love this product and definitely gives the Dyson a run for its money.

I recieved my order and was so excited to try it .
I find it a bit noisy but very effective at drying, creating volume and have yet to try the straighter.
I am having a bit of difficulty getting the hair to “wrap” for curls- it doesn’t seem to draw in the hair at all . Have tried all the techniques but didn’t grab the hair even after helping the initial wrap .
Have reached out to the company and reviewed the tutorials,( which was a very nice touch .. btw), and will try again . Overall excited with the product and hoping for the best- but know based on the great interaction that the company will make it right somehow and replace if needed .

The blow dryer feature was much stronger than I expected, which was a very pleasant surprise!!

Naturally, I have pretty straight flat hair once blow dried, the extra features with the brush attachments definitely give my hair more volume.

The curling iron features definitely make nice big bouncy curls!! very satisfied with this product and it’s very easy to use

Great product good for a Christmas gift for that special someone

The second time I used this styler, it broke
The button you press to change attachments broke. I tried to reach out for help to customer service and just got the run around. I would not recommend you buy from this company!

It was the first time I used a producte like this one. Was fantastic, i guet too lazy to do my hair but defunetely hey curls helps 100% to get it done and in a much faster way.

I received the 2 set and one case looks nice in case bought another case waiting for it to arrive as I got these for Christmas gift . Hope come in on time .

I bought 4 of these they can will a European plug that cant be used in Canada. I wrote to them and nobody responded.
I have 4 devices I cant use now
I want a refund and to know why they are advertising as a Canadian company not cool

Love this product, very easy to order. They have a very responsive CS team and let you know where your product is and when you should receive it.

I have attached the brush to the wand, but now it won't detach. I pressed the button marked Push, but the attachment will not budge. If I force it, it may break. Any suggestions?
