Über Ihren HayDude Wally Schuh bin ich sehr enttäuscht,nicht nur weil er in China hergestellt wird sondern vor allem das der Schuh nur bei schönem Wetter getragen werden kann.Bei einem spaziergang fing es an zu regnen und die Strasse war nass,ich hatte sofort nasse Füße und musste feststellen das die Sohle ja durchlässig ist und so sofort Wasser eindringen kann.Für den Preis habe ich eine andere Vorstellung zu einem Schuh,ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann den Schuh auf keinem Fall weiterempfehlen, noch nicht einmal ein hinwies ,das man den Schuh nur auf trockenen Straßen
tragen kann,auf Ihre Stellungsnahme hierzu bin ich sehr gespannt

I just want to return, I can't return shoes, can't believe this, order not found, Will never recommend or order again. Very poor customer service. Ridiculous

It actually all started right from placing my order. I ordered a pair of shoes with a new customer discount of 10% however within five minutes of placing the order that you get free shipping which was a better discount. I immediately contacted them (So now it’s been seven minutes) and was told that the order was already processed and now in shipping so no changes accepted.

When the shoes did arrive, one was very tight and the other, fell off my foot pretty much with every step.

They are very very poorly made, totally flat sole and no arch support at all.

Unmittelbar nach der erteilten Bestellung, wurde der Auftrag storniert.
Es kam keine Antwort.
Erst ein paar Tage später teilte man mir mit, dass der Versand erfolgt sei und eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war.
Die Annahme des Paketes wurde verweigert.
Warte seit Wochen auf die Rückerstattung.
Werde zukünftig diese Marke nur noch bei Amazon kaufen und nicht mehr bei Hey Dude
Nun steh ich da mit meinem Problem ganz alleine und bekomme keine Hilfe.

Very poor customer service. Their website is. It kept up to date with whether item is in stock. Contacted customer service three times for refund and they refused to provide, directing us to refund link. Won’t ever purchase hey dude or crocs in future.

Poor customer service. These people are lazy and all read from the same script. Poor, poor, poor customer service!!! Absolutely no assistance at all!!

So they look cool kind of like Tom slip-ons but they have these laces that you're supposed to be able to tighten so that they don't hurt your feet or fall off as you're walking and they don't work they just come undone over and over again they make my ankles hurt because there's no support

When I exchanged one pair of shoes for another, they failed to let me know that it had run out of stock. I waited several weeks and had to email customer support. I couldn't even make an account to check my order details. Besides that, the user interface is needlessly complicated every time refreshing and reloading pages when filters are selected. Overall disappointing. Take your money to where they care about their customers and actually doing what they say they're going to do.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have EVER worn. That have absolutely zero cushion or support. The insole is just flat. I was very disappointed and wondering why so many buy these. This must be a follow the leader situation “Look at me, I am cool now thing” These shoes are not worth the money they charge.

Horrible customer service. No help at all. I placed an order and fat fingered my address by one number and 5 seconds later they couldn’t fix it because it was “already on the system!?” Well yea it’s in the system, I ordered it but I know it can be changed but no one wanted to help. Super frustrating and lazy people.

My issue with this company is that the quality of their shoes has tanked, bad. They are uncomfortable and wear out super fast. Years ago when I got my first pair they held up, my feet felt cushioned.. not anymore. I’m no longer buying hey dudes

Shoes don't fit, yet they refuse to do an exchange. They were bought as a gift, so now my wife has a pair of shoes that she can't wear. Great gift.....

Comperati scarponcini con suola "tipo vibram" due settimane fa. Comodi, e funzionali finché non ha iniziato a piovere: su una strada in discesa in città le suole sono diventate scivolosissime e sono caduta due volte nel giro di 5 minuti, battendo il ginocchio. Ho dovuto appoggiarmi ad un amico per riuscire a tornare a casa. Che senso ha fabbricare scarponcini invernali che non hanno presa sul bagnato? Non compratele.

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered them ahead of time for our son-in-law for Christmas, they sent the size in UK, not US, so by the time the holiday got here and he put them on they were too large due to being UK not US size. All we wanted to do was exchange them and they wouldn't. Not a company I would do business with again and would not recommend to any one.

45 days for exchanges on items particularly those mailed is ridiculous. Customer service wasn’t. Not planning on spending on this brand again. Really disappointing.

I bought 2 pairs of the hey dude boots when I received my order they sent me one pair of boots and one pair of toddler shoes. When I called customer service they said I had to do the return and they couldn't send me the ones I already paid for. I bought them for vacation and I can't believe they messed up my order at the shipping department and I am being punished for there mistake. They said there's nothing they can do..

Hey Dude deploys deceptive business practices to obtain email addresses and mobile phone numbers by offering discounts. They lead the consumer to believe the discount is valid for the purchase of shoes you are considering on their website. Hey Dude requests your email, mobile number before they send a discount code. During checkout the code is rejected stating the shoe is not subject to a discount.

I ordered a pair of boots back in Nov, 2023. Once received, I set up a exchange request for a different size. I got a confirmation number from Hey Dude to return my purchase in exchange for a different size. It is now January 8th and they just literally processed my exchange. Their customer service is a 0-I sent 5 emails requesting a response to my request about my exchange with no response whatsoever from them. I finally found a phone number and spoke to someone who told me that my order for the exchange would be processed on December 28th. It is now January 8th and I just spoke to Lyn, who gave me a new confirmation # for my exchange and told me that I should see my purchase in about 2 weeks. While I like their product, they need to sit down and read all the customer complaints about the lack of customer service. Cheryl
