If there were a zero star option they deserve that. A completely fraudulent company. My daughter found a dress she loved on this site and we ordered it. After waiting for the longest time they sent a pair of stockings to make it appear something shipped from there, but didn’t send what we ordered. They sent the link that the package arrived, knowing good and well they didn’t send what we paid for an ordered. Don’t waste your time w this scam of a company.

Scammed my teenage daughter. First, clothes IRL look nothing like the pics. There is no online form to process a return - you have to email them. The below is the response you get... I somehow doubt we'll get even the 30% refund, but we'll see.

This is due to the complexities and limitations of international shipping services. Our logistics partners have not established the necessary service, making it difficult for us to provide the required prepaid labels directly.

If you agree, you can arrange the logistics yourself, and upon receiving the returned goods, we will promptly process your refund and reimburse your shipping costs. THE ORDER I PLACED ARRIVED AND ONLY HAD ONE OF THE TWO DRESSES ORDERED, AND THE ONE DRESS WAS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DRESS AND AGAIN ONLY ONE DRESS WAS SENT.
THEIR RESPONSE WAS "THIS IS SURPRISING, CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE". THEN THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL DUE TO LOGISTICS. Their warehouse relationship has expired.
THIS IS WHAT THEIR RESPONSE SAID. They did NOT address the fact that one dress was not sent and did not offer a refund. THEY DID put the burden on me to handle it all and the fact that their warehouse lease is up is not my problem.

Additional email from this company with a threatening tone is below. As you can see above, their return policy is not accomodating and they have not acknowledged the missing merchandise. Be aware and do not do business with this company.
