Impressed with the service, communication and product. Exceeded expectations on all counts.
I ordered a shoe cabinet. It was advertised at a lower price than other sites, and it was in stock, unlike almost all other sites. I was reticent to order, but they answered the phone immediately - specified a 2-4 week lead time, but it was delivered 10 days later within the time quoted. Impressed with Heze, Monika and the Fever product which is of higher quality than I'd have expected.

If I could leave a zero I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased an item online, on receipt the quality was so poor I returned the item in the original packaging, item only out of the box 5 minutes. They acknowledged it had been returned, but said it was damaged, it most certainly was not it went back as it arrived. After some disagreement I agreed to accept a partial refund against my better judgement. They then said their system did. not allow for partial refunds and then promptly closed the return down then ignored me. I have since taken this case to my payment provider who has not had a response from them either. Yesterday the table top arrived back at my house but without the legs!! I will continue to fight for my refund, totally disgusted

Dear customer, I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy. Unfortunately there have been some misunderstanding. We agreed the refund and processed it straight away. But then eBay has come back that you opened another case with your card provider and they have to wait for their decision. We all explained that on eBay to you with the proof. I wish we could do anything for you but we simply cannot. The system has recently been changed on eBay and there are some problems with it. Please contact eBay and your card provider for more details because we do not keep your money. I hope it will be resolved shortly, we will keep chasing eBay from our end. Kind regards, Heze Ltd

I’ve ordered just a single sink ( I know a small purchase) I ordered it on the 6th July and am still waiting for it I paid £55.00 for delivery on a economy service 3-5 working days my last 2 emails have been ignored I’ve asked for my delivery charge to be paid back to me no response from Monika would like to know what my rights are PLEASE help!!!!!!

ordered my Junona line kitchen on Ebay at 10.30pm. Less than 1 hour later received message it could be delivered the next morning By 11.30am it was delivered by a very pleasant driver.

Firs shop in UK where I found that good quality of asserted stock.
Impressive choise from few catalogues.
Very friendly and advisable team at shop.
Possibility to change sizes of standard sofas etc.
