From day 1 organising a surveyor ti the installation day was a very easy and professional job. It was carried out by a great group of people from the office staff (Chloe) who explained everything to Adam and the team they did a really professional job and took the time to explain everything to me about the system. I would highly recommend HHE very professional friendly and helpful

HHE ENERGY completed our new heating system recently.

From Jamie’s initial visit detailing clearly the preparation required, to the arrival of materials,carpet-fitter,engineers,electrician and solar installers,this was a well-orchestrated process.
All trades were obviously very experienced and their communication was excellent.
Special mention to Chloe in the office who kept us well-informed from start to finish.
I have no hesitation in recommending HHE ENERGY 100%.

From the word go the organisation was first class. Both Brian and Sam were extremely helpful and advised of all the procedures. They installed the heating system with minimal disruption, always kept everything very clean and tidy. The workmanship was of a very high standard and we are very satisfied with the work from start to finish.

Workmen arrived at the agreed time and carried out work in a competent efficient manner and tidied up after themselves. Workmen were very friendly. I definitely would use this company again.

Right from the start of my experience of having my central heating completely renewed ! the contact with all involved was excellent and so easy to give me the confidence I needed. No hitches whatsoever !
All radiators and equipment delivered on time, all of the installation was done efficiently and to a very high standard. All in all I couldn’t have had better service or advice and guidance throughout the installation.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HHE VERY HIGHLY.

It was a seamless journey from office to job completion. Information was clear and Chloe was very pleasant and helpful. The team on the ground arrived right on time and wasted no time in getting started. They communicated well and explained what was happening- which was much appreciated as we were switching to a completely different system. House left tidy and all rubbish removed. Would recommend this firm.

From start to finish was excellent. From initial contact by Chloe, then survey by Brian to the engineers doing the job, was just first class. It took three days in total due to carpet fitter day before and after but it was 72 hours on a swiss watch. If they said something was happening it did. Carpet fitter, scaffolding, electrician, delivery of materials engineers all showed when they said they would and all professional and pleasant which today is hard to find. No requests too big. Updated as it went along. We had to remove our mother from the property because it wasn't safe for her as she is infirm. The engineers were let in on the morning and we locked up at night. One day to complete the installation. Can't praise HHE enough. So glad we got them from the pool of companies. Thanks Chloe and HHE team. Would definitely recommend.

Got a new heating system installed and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. Chloe from HHE Energy was informative at every step keeping us up to date regarding when the boiler and radiators would be delivered to arranging a carpet fitter prior to and after installation. This service made the whole experience so much less stressful. The heating engineers were chatty and friendly and were impressive at finishing installing the whole heating system in one day with no mess. Cleaned up as they worked and took all old heating system material away at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this Company very efficient.

Guy's installed new boiler and rads, quick 2 day job for whole house - cleaned up as they went, courteous, fixed some older things as they went too that were unseen.

Got new heating and radiators put in to my house . Worked fast and quickly , very friendly and helpful . Very happy with my new boiler and controls as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great work .

the service has been excellent for me! Everyone Iv had to speak to has been more than helpful. needed to. full new heating system installed and I don’t have one complaint about any of it being done. Would really recommend this company been great from start to finish.
