HHF Training helped me to attain the Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices. The process from registration to certification was a seamless and positive experience. My assigned Assessor was Syed Bukhari and his communication and support was second to none, even across different time zones. He provided clear instructions and templates, which made evidence collection easy. He also knew when to give me some space and when to give me a nudge for an evidence submission. I highly recommend this training organisation.
