Complex Process made Really Easy
Decided to investigate solar panels on the house due to an EDF promotion. Process ran very smoothly from start to finish, design, costing, survey, all regulatory requirements dealt with, installation and migration to the new tariff went without a hitch. Great communications, all on-site contacts really professional, Very Impressive. Thank You.

Roof panel installers were expected to clear up after themselves .....dropping cigarette ends was not acceptable

Staff member had to take leave
Staff member had to take leave, but nobody delegated to take his work, leading to ten day delay in removing scaffolding after install. Install team excellent, most efficient. People collecting scaffold did not have a good attitude, and scattered cable ties over neighbours fence.

Excellent service all round
Carbon Energy Savings T/A Lime was keen to communicate and explain everything. Installation was quick and effortless as far as the customer was concerned, Follow up enquiries were dealt with swiftly by helpful staff, by phone or remotely.

Seamless installation
Seamless installation, completed in a courteous professional manner. Good communication from the team and left site neat and tidy. The team of Ben, Carl and Lee were great ambassadors for the company demonstrating thorough knowledge answering any and all questions.

Perfect from start to finish
Although I had done a lot of research before selecting Skylar Solar but there was still a lot I didn't know about solar but the staff helped me to reach the right solution
for my property.
The installation was perfect with everything installed neatly and with regard to future proofing
