ATK High Performance Engines Opiniones 3

I know ATK is a respected manufacturer of automobile engines, but the ATH HP 94M 383 Stroker they sold my cousin in 2020 is a real lemon. He installed it then while restoring and hot-rodding the Chevy 210 that's been in our family since my uncle bought it new in 1956. But he got Covid, passed away, and never got to drive it with that big engine. His widow kept the car and drove it a bit until 2022 when I bought it to keep it in the family and continued to restore it. The engine has had problems ever since, even though it has only a few hundred miles on it. Blown gaskets, oil leak after oil leak, groove in the intake manifold, etc. Finally, my mechanic opened it up and found the rings installed in the wrong order, fixed that, and then it threw a lifter. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to fix that engine. It would have been cheaper to put in a brand-new crate engine. I'll never buy an ATK engine again.

I Had ATK engine replacement in 2022 v6 16000 miles rods are Banging just like my original 2012 GMC TRUCK v6 which started Banging at 75000 miles not 16000. The engine is junk. Auto shop Installed THE engine and is waiting for call back. 2/3/2025 I HAVE CALLED 866-721-2315 TRANSFERRED TO WARRANTY DEPARTMENT 5 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. LOOKING LIKE ATTORNEY TIME. I GOT THROUGH TO WARRANTY FINALLY AND WAS HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES. JUNK ENGINE JUNK SERVICE.
2/5/25 WARRANTY DEPARTMENT got back to auto shop and they have to make recording of junk engine Banging. 16,000 miles what a good rebuild. 2/19/2025 TOOK ENGINE APART LIFTERS ARE BAD AND coolant IS LEAKING INTO OIL. THE ENGINE SI TOTAL JUNK. ATK TO SEND ANOTHER JUNK ENGINE TO REPLACE THE FIRST JUNK ENGINE.

These people are crooks too they're in cahoots with remanns engines ATK Remanufacturing are their warranty place that rebuilds and checks the engines when it's a dud there are there warranty agent which they only going to pay $50 per hour at 21 hours but on remands they left out that they won't go over 21 hours on the advertisement on their web page is says $90 an hour that's deception right there now what mechanic shop is going to swap out an engine that I didn't have and I didn't make and I didn't work on it I shouldn't be liable for nothing about nothing I initially for remann's engine the sales pitch was 5 year unlimited mile warranty with no fault labor and parts included now that's false advertisement if I got to pay 3400 and only get back $1,000 that's false advertisement and I hope someone bring these warranty companies to court it should go to the supreme Court that these companies is false advertisement and taking money from Little people and I'll be ready to show my receipts and talk about what happened with my experience it was a bad experience
