Great experience from start to finish. Came out within a few days to quote for new boiler instillation. Once the quote was agreed the boiler was fitted the following week. Martin the engineer was pleasant and friendly and very knowledgable, showing me how to set up the new Hive system.

We wanted a couple of radiators removing, a new toilet installing and the wash basin replacing. We contacted Highfield and they replied very quickly with an on site inspection with the quote following very quickly. This accepted and a date for the job was given.

Vance arrived on the stated day and time and commenced the job. He was very professional and polite at all times. The job was in two parts, radiators first and the toilet and wash basin once our supplier have delivered. When Vance finished the radiators he asked us to inspect the job which was brilliant. Now just waiting for toilet to be delivered and will have Highfield back to complete the whole job.

All the way through the process their communications with us was excellent, far better than any other company we have delt with.

Absolutely first class........leak in bathroom fixed, drained system down, fitted pipework to new sink.

The guys are returning but not until I'm ready for them, at which time they'll be fitting new radiator.

We needed a new shower fitting as ours was possessed! I used Checkatrade and found Highfield, sent them a message and within 24 hours I had a call from the lovely, cheery Sarah. She booked us in for a couple of days later with Martin who came to us, exactly as planned, and sorted it all really quickly and without any fuss. The price was also really good. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again at all.

Martin, came to check out why my water system was making lots of noise, he made the right diagnosis and then fitted me a new shower. Very friendly, good workmanship, a good job all round.
