OJ very polite and knowledgeable toom the time to explain things and was happy for me to ask as many questions as needed.

I was really worried about the reviews regarding highlanders however my partner is a mechanic so felt we had experience to make sure nothing was wrong with the car.
OJ is extremely personable and we haven’t had any issues with him what’s so ever. Everything was done smoothly and on time.
After sales I will need to confirm if we have any issues but I’m confident we won’t.
Thank you OJ.

Friendly customer service welcoming into there office and answered all questions I had,
All paper work completed hassel free

Great customer service. Helped me find my dream car at a good price and were helpful throughout.

Untrustworthy Unprofessional Rude Arrogant Staff. 0% Customer service.
You only need to read the genuine reviews on here (Really not that difficult to work out that The good ones are written by company staff!!!) AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS

OJ made the process very easy, explained everything in great detail and the after care of the car too. Chased up our broker when we were having issues and was extremely patient and not pushy. Very happy with the service

Great company to deal with very pleased with sales team

We came to see a F Pace jag and could not of been more relaxed experienced in buying a car from OJ - great knowledge of what he is selling and was happy to eventually seal the deal

Had a great experience at Highlanders, very personal and professional team to ease any concerns my wife & I had about purchasing our new car. Thank you to Adam & OJ!

AVOID HIGHLANDERS.
Purchased a Range Rover Sport and less than 3 months passes, engine has fully seized meaning thousands of pounds worth of repairs. Highlanders have asked for the car back to “take a look”. NO CHANCE. Having read other reviews they will keep the car for months with no contact. Who wants to pay HP on a car they can’t use? Currently going through legal action and FCA to ensure every penny we spend is kindly received back from
Highlanders.

Friendly service, OJ was great and very helpful. Thank you!

They had a wide selection of premium cars to choose from.

From the first call with OJ it was very pleasant and professional. Both myself and my partner dealt with OJ and his team. The process of buying a new car was made very simple and easy. Would highly recommend to any family and friends. Fantastic service.
