Always helpful. Delivery is always quick and well packed. Products are innovative and well made. Highlight crafts is my trusty go to brand for essentials as the amazing collections. I use mainly svg files and MCS. Both amazing products.

I have been using the Highlight Crafts website for a while now and can honestly say that I am delighted with the products and the service from the company. The orders are sent out very quickly, well packed and they also send emails to say when the order is sent out so I know when to expect to receive it. If I have had a query with anything they are quick to respond and sort things out, really good when I order the wrong item for example and I want to amend my order. They are one of the few companies I can rely on for products and service.

The Academy at Highlight Crafts is a wonderful place to visit. I've attended festivals and classes there and it has never disappointed. The team there are both friendly and incredibly talented with unlimited patience. If you are an experienced crafter or someone just fancying trying something new there is something for you here
