I love these products! I met Lisa and started using HnM (balms, oil, body budder) when I lived in Long Beach. Sadly, I had to move out of LB but thankfully she ships out of state because I don't know what I'd do without it! I use the balms pre/post-workouts or when I wake up/before bed, the oil after every shower, and the budder as a moisture boost when needed. I'm obsessed with the clean simplicity of the ingredients, the scents, and I feel the benefits immediately. It's a no-brainer supporting Lisa and her brand- she walks the walk and is an amazing small business owner & badass woman. Thank you, Lisa!

I absolutely love the product. It helps me with pain but I was a little disappointed seeing what I bought. I wish I had bought the larger balms instead of the smaller ones. Great product!
