Easy transaction and felt secure. Efficient!

I tried to purchase a ticket for the latest Mat Armstrong car, having purchased tickets previously on this site. However, as another reviewer has stated, they had an issue with their bank processing payments at that time (Using Applepay it just froze). That on its own wouldn’t be a major problem, but their system had already deducted my saved credit. So, as the bank transaction didn’t work I tried again, only this time I noticed I no longer had any credit - Not ideal, but a transaction clearly annotated on my account shows the credit used, but no draw ticket purchased.
Although none of the above is ideal, these things happen. However, the reason for my 1 star review, is despite emailing them twice over the last few days, nobody as yet has bothered to reply to my emails. Really poor, and sadly reflects poorly on the lovely chap they are representing. I will revisit this review if someone bothers to contact me from the company, but 4 days on I’m not hopeful :-(

Its was ok, slight problem processing my payment which resulted in me parring down my entries to only one.

Fantastic guys, plenty of draws for everyone to gadgets, gizmos, household appliances, cars, holidays. Having won myself before the prize was given quickly. Amazing draws daily. Highly recommend.

If you win site credits or other instant prizes that are in the form of credits then you get them immediately. If you win cash they don’t pay you. I have emailed them every week for 4 weeks before coming here to warn other people. I don’t recommend taking chance with this crowd. Even going to unsubscribe from Matt.

Amazing team of people who communicate well with any queries with the competitions and on Facebook lives. I’ve won a cash prize once and always enjoy taking part. Smooth transactions with using the wallet and making payments on a trusted site.

Won a Nintendo switch and then was told there wsz a mistake so never got that.. but I did get money and site credit so I can't complain really...it's just luck of the draw at the ebd of it.. give it a go make your own decisions...

I can’t comment on if it’s real or fake I’m sure there’s some sort of regulation but I can tell you that it’s extremely difficult to find the results of the draws. For example I bought tickets to two different competitions in June. None of them are shown in the previous winners section of the website. I didn’t come online at the draw time to check if there was a live stream but there was no record of it afterwards. I checked Instagram and Facebook. Other competition providers post their live draw afterwards. A lot of comments under posts saying where can I see the live stream or where to see the results.
Because of this I will not be buying another ticket from here.

I really want to buy a ticket to support MA but I am stuck with no way to pay. I am asked to scan a QR code to pay via banking app however I only have a phone these days and cant scan my own screen so.its impossible to do anything.
