I’ve not been getting any points for my last 10-12 purchases I’ve tried emailing 4-5 different times but I never get any response and the Discount codes haven’t been working for me so tried contacting about that and same again no response either, I’m very upset about this as I spend quite a bit of money on here and to just be ignored feels like I don’t matter or your don’t care
