Knee pain solved!
I’ve been dealing with debilitating knee pain in the patellar region for years, and after working with PT after PT for over 3 years I wasn’t sure if I could ever run pain free again let alone attempt a thru-hike. I was able to do both in about 4 months working with Chase and Brandon on a custom interpretation of the Hike Flow Method, and now have no abnormal pains in my knee! They have figured how to translate basic (but incredibly important) movement patterns and strength training into a language that the lay person can understand and most importantly execute in a progressive fashion working from the feet up to hips and beyond in a flexible and adaptable program to fit your needs.
