I would give zero if it were an option. Most dishonest company on the planet. You cannot trust the Chinese who are out to rip off every American alive. Product has been sitting in a warehouse 30 miles from me for three weeks. So they say. I'm sure it was never manufactured, never shipped, and I'll never get it. DO NOT BUY FORM THESE LIARS AND THIEVES.

Just a warning. This appears to be a scam company. All automated and AI generated. Do not purchase anything unless you want to donate to a charity (which is fine). No ability to return, no way to speak with anyone. Once you start to look into it you realize how shady it is.

This has been hands-down my worst online ordering experience in 25 years. First, my shipment took over two months to get to me. Then I found the bra to be both too small even though I am a standard size across brands and very flimsy and unsupportive. When I expressed concern, I was told I could exchange it less an exorbitant restocking fee, but I insisted on a refund. They told me not to even bother returning it and then slow-walked my refund by another week or two, ultimately resulting in $9.80 back in my bank after a $57 order. Avoid these folks like the plague!!

Surprise! There is no founder, Melina with an office on rue de la Republique, Paris! The "SoftCloud" is a cheap generic bra found on Amazon for $11.54 being repackaged sold to us by AI generated images. As soon as I opened the package and saw the band extender (ie. original bra not designed for larger frames) I knew I'd been had - and of course I'd been taken in by the 2nd bra for half price offer. I got a friendly email back offering a exchange, but nothing since I insisted on a full refund. Please save your money. This is NOT a premium product.

I still haven't received my order. So difficult to give feedback on the bras. :)

I ordered on April 2, I got an email from you on April 7 saying there are "some delays" about my order, but nothing more detailed than that. On the same day you ask me to review my experience - not much to say since not only I have not tried the bra yet, but I have no idea on when I'll receive it!

It took way too long for item to arrive and unfortunately I absolutely hate it. The shoulder straps offer limited support and the bra actually pushes my bust together which is uncomfortable. I wore it for an hour and it did nothing for me. I want to return it but I’m afraid it will just be a hassle. :/

I was disappointed with my Hilaine order. The sizing was off even though I followed the chart, and the material felt thin and not very supportive. The most outrageous thing was after many emails they finally offered me an exchange but I was expected to pay 19$ for return shipping on 2 small items.
It also took over 4 weeks to arrive, and I had difficulty getting a response from customer service. I had to resort to handing the issue over to my credit card. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product/ company.

I gave this company the size I wear with bravissimo and they came back with a size to order. After a long wait finally arrived to find they were too big under the bust and the cup size was not big enough. They are flimsy, cheap and do not fit properly. Save your money and go to a proper bra fitter

Misleading marketing

I ordered two bras after seeing an ad on social media. The ad mentioned a 30-day guarantee, or something like that. I ordered two bras - one for half price. I kept receiving notifications about the order fulfillment being delayed because the bras had sold out being such a big hit, etc., then a notification that finally my order was being processed - weeks after I placed the order. Over a month later I did receive my order. One of the bras was fine - fits and works well as a minimizer. Although the second bra was the same size and same model - just different color - it was visibly bigger and did not fit. I contacted them asking for a refund since sizing seemed random and didn't want to risk getting an ill-fitting bra, but my request wasn't even acknowledged. They said they'd be happy to offer a replacement - any bra I wanted - if I paid $19 for a shipping fee. The 2nd bra cost me $26 so I'm not going pay almost as much for a third bra that may not fit either.
The return/refund process (or lack thereof) together with the very long wait made this a negative experience.

This company is such a scam. They will not let me return the bra for a full refund and I am within the 30 day window. I wish I had done better research and seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering a bra. The bra that came was so cheaply made it actually made me laugh in disbelief. Sizing wrong, material so flimsy it wouldn’t support the smallest of busts let alone minimise a larger bust. I have tried returning the bra and so far they have offered an exchange but I have to pay shipping, or a 20% refund minus restocking fee. I wouldn’t buy anything from this brand again.

The bras are terrible! They are cheap construction and if you have any breast at all they won’t support it. And the return policy is impossible. I bought 2 different bras from them and both are cheap fabric and not made to work as bras in any way. I tried to return them and was hit either so many fees and shipping them back to china that basically my “refund” after returning the bras was $12! After I spent $100. Please stay away. It’s a SCAM!!!

I ordered from Hilaine a few time already and every time I was very satisfied with order. Good quality, very comfortable and beautiful.

Great bras. I bought the minimiser and it is super comfy, soft and not digging in. I now am not aware of wearing a bra whereas before, it was super uncomfortable. Highly recommend.

I purchased one bra and loved it so much that I ordered two more in different colours. I have a large bust and these bras are so flattering. I have just ordered another one for my friend for her birthday as she commented that I look so much smaller in my bra and she even asked me what my bra size was as she thought I used to look larger. Would highly recommend that you try Hilaine bras.

GREAT customer service. Bra fits beautifully and was delivered with extenders for those who need them. Smooth for under t-shirts and great look. Whoever is leaving reviews I question if they have actually purchased. Other higher priced brands did not fit as well.

Not only do they work exactly as promised, the bras are well constructed, VERY comfortable and attractive to boot. As a person who has purchased countless bras only to have them end up in the bottom of my drawer, I'm delighted to have a quality lingerie company that delivers as promised.
