Great service and effective communication from the team. Was very quick in getting the paperwork and house viewing sorted. I viewed the house on Tuesday and had the house on Friday! Excellent service

Great service from everyone at the team, I was looking for a agent to sell my flat but struggled to find someone who can a actually deliver what was promised. Eventually we had someone come round and give us a valuation and within a week we had plenty of viewings and offers. And thankfully we are now completed.

Very quick and efficient service, we were able to move into our new property with the help of Hills Estate. They were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs.

Mohammed was super helpful and the tenancy referencing process was done fast and smoothly. Great experience overall

Excellent service received by Raz Patel, he is very reliable and can be trusted to find me properties that I am looking for. I dont waste time and that's what I love about my experience with Raz at Hills

I have had many dealings with Raz Patel. Absolute amazing individual always Professional, Efficient. Goes above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend this company. Especially Raz. Credit where Credit is due, this guy is an absolute asset to the company. Will do further business them very soon.

Would Highly recommend and great competitive fees in London. Always keeping me up to date as vendor and also as a landlord. Worth giving Hills Estate your property!!

Hills Estate have been instrumental in letting out my property. They knew exactly the type of tenant I wanted and delivered. They have also remained on top of any maintenance issues and have constantly kept me in the loop whilst seeking approval for any works to be done.

They are a great estate agency to work with.

Mr.Patel was very supportive in helping go through the formalities. Cheers

Called to enquire about a property listed for sale by this agent. Was subjected to abuse and called a liar when I mentioned that the property was listed on Rightmove. The agent proceeded to shout at me and insult me when I attempted to ask a clarification question. Disgusting behaviour.
