Really pleased with product and service

We have just moved into the area and were looking for garden furniture. We found Hills located at the back of the Tescos in Whitstable. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. We purchased a garden bench that was to be delivered a couple of days later. The delivery driver was on time and positioned the bench where we wanted. Hills are a company that I will definitely be using again and would recommend to family and friends.

Ordered a patio umbrella and found it to be faulty. However, following a phone call to this Firm I was informed a replacement umbrella would arrive the next day. Excellent customer service.

Great in-house service and staff. Delivery within a few days and, at £25, kept the price down.
Had been looking online for garden furniture for weeks but wanted to try before buying. Hills was the ideal place - we found something we both liked and agreed on, which is a hard task - bought the set there and then.
Would have given them a 5 star but, was initially charged wrong - a quick phonecall and the money was transferred back to us. Delivery guys also struggled to get the corner peice through my front door but my husband managed it when he got home.
Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff in the showroom. Very informative on the products. Gave us time to have a look around and make our decision, helpful but not pushy.
Got a delivery time/day which suited us, and we were kept informed on the day of an approximate arrival time. Very helpful/friendly drivers. Would highly recommend buying from Hills Home & Garden Ltd.

Visited the showroom midweek to have a look, Great customer service, saleman not at all pushy and gave great advise when talking to them. Order placed and items delivered the follwoing week, which suited as we were have our garden re-modeled.

I am updating my review to say that the Hills people have been most apologetic, and say this hasn't happened before,
Having been in business all my life, I am aware things can spin out of control, and I am aware they are trying to locate how this happened.
A sincere apology, as they are offering, (and then looking forward to the resolution of the issue) is greatly appreciated.
The delivery side of the operation, DHL? was the reason for the incompetence and messed communication, we still don’t have the table & chairs we ordered!
Made worse by the fact that we had guests and celebrations and no where to sit!
First a digit was dropped from my phone number, so they couldn’t call me, then it transpired they ‘lost’ our order, eventually discovered it went to Birmingham not Dorset!!??
Seems the fault lies between the seller and the deliverer, all we know is is we are STILL without the set! And we also know that Hills are doing what they can to sort it.
We look forward to its arrival!

The service was great, there was a hiccup with the delivery which they dealt with professionally and the lads that assembled the furniture were excellent.
