From start to finish the service has been excellent. Sophie, who drew up our Wills and POAs, listened very carefully and clarified anything we were unsure about. Her manner was lovely and we felt at ease from the first conversation. We have had Wills done before but they have never been explained as well. Sophie is very knowledgeable and understands people and is happy to go over things again if unsure. Shannon, her assistant, has been extremely helpful ensuring that we were provided with details of meetings and provided with copies of everything. Her e mails have been very friendly and it's been a pleasure to deal with both of them.

The HM3 team were given an unfair dismissal claim to handle a week before court and pulled out all the stops to secure a better than expected settlement and avoid court. I couldn’t be happier!

I would highly recommended Sophie Bebbington from HM3 Legal. She was clear with legal matters, helpful and above all understanding.

Contacted them to resolve an issue however when the relevant person contacted me back, his attitude was appalling and he wanted to make unfound accusations rather than just deal with the matter, I have asked for their complaints department and also will be speaking to the sra, I don’t usually write reviews but thought this was needed as if I wanted a solicitor I would want one that goes with the facts and what can be proven rather than guess work
