Didn’t really notice anything in the first 1st week, by the end of week 2, people started commenting on how well I was looking. So I ordered another box and by week 3 and 4 I didn’t feel the post workout muscle soreness as much and I was hooked. I thought it was quite expensive at first but really it only works out the cost of a good cup of coffee a day.

FYI - I’ve been taking collagen for years for muscle mass gains….and to stay looking youthful….it works.

I was unsure about taking this product so I bought a trial box for £40 which seemed a little expensive. I liked the mixed berry flavour and added them to my daily smoothie. I didn’t notice much of a difference after 14 shots but decided to subscribe after my wife commented on how my thinning hair looked fuller and my skin felt smoother.
