The snap is not a secure closure
The snap is not a secure closure. When the phone purse is on my shoulder the flap opens causing my credit card to fall out. The leather strap is also clunky and stiff.

You charged my credit card and didn't deliver the item to my home address. I would either like a refund or you resend my order. You had my address incorrect. It is 4505 Orlet Rd, Waterloo IL 62298.

The belts run small
The belts and removable pouch are made very well and look great. Unfortunately even though I ordered the largest size it’s still tight around my waist. I had to punch a hole closer to the end to make it work.

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered an apple watch band that clearly was meant to be sized, but there were no instructions, and I wrote FOUR TIMES to ask for help. Got one response that said "we'll find you a video" -- then crickets. I can't wear this as-is, and there's no way I'm the only one with that issue. But the silence is deafening. I will never order from this company again.
