I love everything I get from here. My only disappointment this time was that my sweatshirt wasn’t ink printed this time it was more of a press on but not the gross screening one a better quality kind.

I never received my order. I reached out via email and never received a response. Apparently it is still pending processing at the very first stop. Ordered 10/12. Shipped 10/16. As of 10/28 there has been no movement whatsoever and no assistance.

The quality of the designs on the items has gone down tremendously since my last order. What was once good quality screen printing is now poor quality vinyl stickers that are already peeling from the fabric before first wear. I used to love HR products, but not anymore unfortunately.
