Hire A Maid Housecleaning Services Inc. Opiniones

While searching for housecleaning support I finally found Hire A Maid online. Unlike other services I had contacted, they responded promptly, although there were no dates available right away, I was placed on a waitlist. Not expecting a call until the new year, I was surprised by an earlier date within 7 days of the initial call.

After a quick assessment/consultation with Katie on the phone, I was excited to meet my new cleaners on the designated day.

Callie and her team were prompt and came in with positive smiles, greeting the dog, saying hello, and unloading all their stuff in the front hall. I left almost immediately as I wanted them to feel comfortable to get started on a three hour deep clean as booked.

I came home to a very clean smelling and looking house. They took care of everything, the inside and outside of my fridge, stove and microwave were grime-free. The floors gleamed and the shelves were dust-free. I was thrilled and I cannot wait for another 2 weeks when they return. I appreciated them squeezing me in and there is nothing else in my life that creates a feeling of productivity than a spotless office and fresh-smelling space. Thank you to Katie, Kallie, Corinna and Madelyn!

Great team. Excellent service. Will use them again.

We had been debating hiring a cleaning service for awhile now. I called Hire A Maid as I used them years ago at my old house. A friend of mine uses them based on my recommendation from the old place. I called them to come to do a deep clean as they house had gotten away from me. Kallie & Emmalee did an amazing job on a very dirty house. I was working when they were there and my husband interacted with them. He said both women were great and worked their butts off to clean the house. Thank you Kallie & Emmalee. I will be calling the company today to book a regular cleaning going forward. It was nice to come home to a clean house. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you to Natalie & Megan for an excellent job…our house was spotless !

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Maddy and Lindsay who cleaned my home yesterday. They were extremely thorough and even brought in my patio cushions when it started raining. Thank you Carol and Hire A Maid for always providing such exceptional service!

Brianna and Maddie did a wonderful job giving our home a deep clean! We recently had renovations done and just needed a good deep cleaning done in our home, and they got the job done. Everything looked great! Thank you!

We have been using Hire a Maid for several years and am always happy with their monthly cleaning. Today I came home from an appointment to a wonderfully clean home cleaned by Melissa N.

Excellent service as always! Chelsie did a great job. She arrived on time, and worked very efficiently and professionally. All of the staff at Hire a Maid are very thorough in their work. You will not be disappointed!

We’ve been with this company for the past 3 years and Natalie- Whitby is now our monthly person who comes and does an excellent cleaning! Natalie was in our first Cleaning Team and we’re so happy she is still with us!
Thank you Natalie!

We just moved into our new house and used hireamaid. An employee named Maddy arrived, and not only was she pleasant and sweet- but she did the most AMAZING job. We are so happy and have put in a special request for her to come back! I would highly recommend. We are in the Port Perry area 🙂

Hire A Maid has been cleaning my home for several years now, and I always receive excellent, professional and friendly service. With the resumption of service following the winter 2021 COVID lockdown, the cleaners have been strictly adhering to masking and physical distancing protocols, and I feel very safe having them in my home. Diane did an especially wonderful job during my last clean in March, 2021!

The staff is friendly and professional and all of our requests or occasional adjustments are accommodated. The company has a very detailed and thought through COVID protocol which is very re-assuring. The service overall is a huge help to our family and much appreciated during these times. We’ve been using it for years and I would recommend their service.

On Thursday, February 24, 2021 I called Hire A Maid House Cleaning Services Inc. to inquire about a deep cleaning service for my house. I spoke with Ashley on the phone and she listened to everything I wanted to have cleaned and informed me that she had a cancelation for tomorrow morning and that she could have two professionals come and clean my house. I couldn't believe the fast turn around it was fantastic.

On Friday, February 25, 2021 both cleaning professionals arrived on time at 10:30am with all of their own cleaning supplies, masks and etc. My husband let them into our home and they immediately started to work. During this time I was sleep (I work shift work and I'm on nights this week). They were extremely quiet while cleaning. I woke up introduced myself and told them if they needed anything to please let me know. Diane and Lisa C. were very professional, they worked very hard to clean our home. They even cleaned out our drain in our bath tub, which let me tell you I couldn't believe the amount of hair and such they found. They definitely saved us from getting a plumber.

We are incredibly grateful and appreciate all of their hard work. We will definitely have Diane and Lisa C. back over to clean or home. If you are thinking about hiring a cleaning professional you must "HireaMaid." Don't wait like I did call them, get a quote and hire them. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Diane and Lisa C. We look forward to seeing you again.

I have been using Hire-a-Maid for many years and wanted to acknowledge how professionally they have navigated Covid. Vera wore her mask the entire time, even when we were not on the same floor, and used the stronger cleaners than the vinegar and baking soda solutions they prefer (as do I in non-plague times) at my request. Vera, just as Hire-a-Maid promises, is a cleaning whiz. No nook is too awkward for her to clean and she understands all the house’s quirks. The management staff are always pleasant and accommodating to work with — this is a company easy to recommend!

We feel safe with this service during the pandemic. Only one person instead of a team (Maddy), so way less risk for possible exposure. Maddy wears a mask the whole time, and cleans one floor while we are busy on the other ... then we switch.
Maddy does a super job, catching all the little details and leaving our home spotless.
Can't say enough about this company.

Did an excellent and thorough job on our recent home cleaning, highly recommend, very professional and excellent communications throughout the process. We are now a monthly customer!

Hire a Maid is awesome! They come in every two weeks for me. They take Covid seriously wearing gloves and masks. Today Katie and Lindsay came to my house and cleaned my entire house top to bottom. They are friendly, happy, and easy to deal with. Great service. If I ever an issue its resolved quickly.

Hire a maid has been a great service. They are punctual and very accomadating on time schedule Katie and Lindsay do a great job in a timely fashion and leave my house sparkling and smelling fresh. They are friendly and professional . I would recommend Hire a Maid.

I can always count on HireAMaid to come when they say they will and get the house looking sparkly in a very quick timeframe (which is very nice especially since I have been working from home these days). Lisa and Natalie are a great team!

Hire a Maid has been cleaning our home weekly for many years now. Our cleaner does an amazing job getting details I wouldn’t even think of! Our home sparkles and the best part is I didn’t have to clean it. The office is also wonderful and very flexible. I highly recommend this company and service. Thanks Hire a Maid!
