Excellent customer service
The products have not been received yet. Customer service immediately informed me of a problem with the order's delivery address and made the necessary corrections. I would like more information on the progress of the order via email but I have to say that the purchase was made as a guest and the system may not provide support in this case.

Hismith 4.0 Premium Sexmaschine
-The delivery was very fast.
- The produkt is very well made, no comparable with real Sex but close enough.
- The App is a good start but could need a little bit more love.
- Lubricant for the mechanical parts isnt included this no problem for me but could be problematic for other people.
- A choice between a dildo or flesh light as standard attachment would be cool or at least a choice for the fleshlight adapter, no problem for me because i use both.
- My Girlfriend enjoyed it but liked it best if the spring adpater(not included) was between the rod and the dildo.

I was a bit worried since there was no email confirmation or order details. However, delivery was prompt (even with normal shipping only two days to a german address).
