Documented Dispute Ignored Since April 30, 2026

Update June 4, 2026 :

No communication with service compliance, and thé tchat operator kick me directly and For more than one month, every response I receive is essentially the same template stating that my account and request are under internal investigation, that no timeframe can be provided, and that no additional information can be disclosed. Despite numerous follow-ups, no substantive position or resolution has been communicated

Update May 19, 2026:

Despite being informed that my case was supposedly being handled with “high priority”, I still have not received any substantive response or operational resolution from Hispin after more than 15 days.

The only repeated response currently provided through live chat is the following:

“We inform you that we are unable to continue communication via chat at this time. All communication regarding your request must be conducted exclusively by email. This procedure is implemented to ensure proper and structured handling of your case during the ongoing investigation.”

However, emails sent to support also remain unanswered.

Additionally, when requesting contact details for departments outside standard support channels, such as compliance or data protection related contacts, I am systematically redirected back to the same support email address, without any further response.

At this stage, my concern is no longer limited to the original dispute itself, but also relates to the apparent inability to obtain meaningful communication or proper escalation within the operator’s structure.

I will continue updating this review factually depending on whether Hispin eventually decides to engage professionally and resolve the matter appropriately.

I am leaving this review because, despite a fully documented dispute and multiple professional attempts to resolve the matter amicably, I have not received any substantive response from Hispin since April 30, 2026.

The issue was clearly documented and communicated in detail, yet the operator has remained silent for weeks without any meaningful follow-up or operational resolution.

For me, this raises serious concerns regarding:

- customer support reliability,
- dispute handling,
- and the overall seriousness of the operator when facing documented complaints.

At this stage, I can only advise caution to anyone considering using this platform.

This review will be updated regularly depending on whether Hispin finally decides to engage seriously and resolve the situation professionally.

Fair warning to future users: responsiveness and accountability matter when problems arise.

I also believe future users should be aware that this operator appears to have multiple profiles/pages online, including on review platforms, which may dilute customer feedback and make it more difficult to obtain a clear picture of the overall user experience.

For transparency reasons, users should carefully verify which profile they are reviewing before relying on ratings or reviews.

A real mess

A real mess. They promise a 150% bonus on just one provider. They were unreachable from my location. I asked: either you let me play the amount promised in the promotion or you close my account. "We close my account," they said.

One star is too much. In my country, this is called embezzlement.

I had a very concerning experience with this casino.

I requested the **closure / self-exclusion of my account on two separate occasions**, clearly expressing my intention to stop gambling. Despite this, I was able to **reactivate my account very easily through support, without any real control or proper verification**.

Following this reactivation, I deposited more than **€4,400 in a very short period of time**, without any warning, limitation, or intervention from their side.

This raises serious concerns regarding the respect of **responsible gambling principles**.

I have compiled a **complete file including deposit history, screenshots, and bank proof**, and I am currently waiting for a response following their “internal review”.

At this stage, no concrete solution has been offered.

I remain open to an amicable resolution, but in my opinion, this situation is problematic and deserves to be made known.

J’ai eu une expérience très préoccupante avec ce casino.

J’ai demandé à **deux reprises la fermeture / auto-exclusion de mon compte**, ce qui signifie clairement une volonté d’arrêter de jouer. Malgré cela, j’ai pu **réactiver mon compte très facilement via le support, sans réel contrôle ni vérification sérieuse**.

Suite à cette réactivation, j’ai effectué plus de **4 400 € de dépôts en très peu de temps**, sans aucune alerte, limitation ou intervention de leur part.

Cela pose de sérieuses questions concernant le respect des principes de **jeu responsable**.

J’ai constitué un **dossier complet avec historique des dépôts, captures d’écran et preuves bancaires**, et je suis actuellement en attente d’une réponse suite à leur “analyse interne”.

Pour le moment, aucune solution concrète ne m’a été proposée.

Je reste ouvert à une résolution amiable, mais cette situation est, à mon sens, problématique et mérite d’être connue.

Je recommande donc la plus grande prudence aux autres joueurs.
