Some production issues, but worth it!

Shipped quickly. The package was shipped with a company that uses freelance gig workers. The worker left the package in the open by our side garage door instead of on our front porch (never had this happen before) on a rainy day so the box was soaked. Luckily, the puzzles were well protected by their shrink wrap.

I purchased 3 jigsaw puzzles on sale and have put one together so far. I am mixed on the quality. A dozen or so pairs of pieces were not fully cut through and had to be separated. The black backing was already peeling off of some pieces and had to be repaired with glue. The printed side had no peeling issues.

The print for the vampire puzzle I completed was good quality. The piece shapes were nicely varied with some wonkier shapes and different length pieces in spots. I knew going in that all the shades of grey and blacks in the artwork would make for a more challenging puzzle. I did feel forced at the bottom area to try every piece of a shape as the dark colors + the reflective finish = the colors blend and look almost identical. Worth it in the end though.

For me, the production issues were worth it to finally get my hands on a cool vampire puzzle. If you want fantasy vampires with fangs doing dark evil stuff and looking cool, this is the only puzzle I could find out there!

I am looking forward to putting together the other two puzzles at some point. If Hit Point Press puts out more human made ttrpg jigsaw puzzles of monsters or adventurers doing stuff, I'd purchase them.

Experience is great

Experience is great, never had a problem since I first found Hitpoint Press, all there stuff is great and I use in my Tales of The Valiant and 5E campaigns. Can't asks for more then that.

We're sorry to hear you never received our email in response! I took another look into your order (#HPP713102), and our team did respond to your original email on May 26th with the latest tracking information we had available at the time.

The shipment was later marked as delivered on May 29th at 12:46pm local time, and the delivery confirmation photo provided by the carrier appears to show the correct delivery address and house number, but we absolutely understand that this can still be stressful if the package hasn’t been located yet.

We’ll also be following up again on both existing email threads so we can continue assisting directly and help investigate further with the carrier if needed.

My friends love going through my book

I got the Floral Dragons Deluxe Box Set and oh my, what a delightful surprise! The artwork is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and every little detail feels so thoughtfully made. I love how the dragons are cute, magical, and sometimes not-so-cute in the best way, my friends.

Hit Point Press clearly puts so much care and personality into their products. Highly recommend!

My experience with Hit Point PreGreat products, terrible support when something goes wrongss…

My experience with Hit Point Press customer service has been extremely poor.

I placed an order on 2 March 2026. When it finally arrived in Finland on 26 March, one of the items was wrong. Instead of The Griffon's Saddlebag: Vol. 2, I received a different product I never ordered or wanted.

I contacted support multiple times over weeks and got no reply. I escalated further and still received no response. That is unacceptable on its own, but even worse when the order is international and the customer has already dealt with customs/VAT because the package came from Canada to the EU.

Sending the wrong item is a mistake. Ignoring the customer afterwards for weeks is a choice.

My PayPal case was denied because it was opened too long after delivery, not because Hit Point Press had actually handled the issue properly.

I like the products, but I would think twice before ordering directly again. If your order goes wrong, you may be left completely on your own.

Order got delayed because they sold something they didn't even have any more

My order got delayed 1,5 months because one of the products which I bought and already paid for was not available any more and they only told me that reason after I wrote them 5 mails within 2 weeks after waiting for a month without any information of my order. So in the end I didn't recieve all of the things that I ordered and I recieved them way too late. And they didn't bother contacting me right away. And the customer service didn't offer any kind of compensation or discount. I am very disapointed.

Disappointing service

I ordered the delux version of one of their books at the end of November and waited patiently. It was supposed to arrive just before Christmas but I understand that shipping in the holiday period can slow matters down. However when my book still didn’t arrive by the end of January I reached out to their customer service and received no reply. Again I reached out a week later letting them know that I will have to raise a claim with my bank which I eventually had to do. The book was supposed to be a dearly expected gift so it was a major disappointment. What was worse is that the same email address I used to contact them about my issue (provided by their site) kept sending me automated offers and notifications of sales instead of a response to my query. I’m very disappointed
