Our en suite project had the most difficult of combinations
Our en suite project had the most difficult of combinations: we have a very high standard for quality and we needed the en suite finished on a tight schedule to accommodate some international visitors. Thomas delivered both, with flying colors. To start with the crew were respectful of our Edwardian home, putting down protective coverings on the floor before they started carrying building materials upstairs. We were adding the en suite to a corner of the bedroom, and had chosen a mural wallpaper that wrapped around the tiny space. We had also chosen hand-made Italian tiles for the shower, along with expensive Burlington fixtures. All were installed flawlessly. We were never left wondering about schedule or budget, which was a huge relief. Tom also coordinated with our various suppliers in a highly professional manner, picking up some materials, arranging for delivery of others. He opened the boxes and realized that one supplier had sent the wrong product, so he was able to return it and get the correct one in plenty of time. Tom and crew were a pleasure to work with, and on the day the en suite was completed it was so extraordinary, that it was especially fun to see all these guys taking pictures of the project to share with their families. The only problem was the electrician's wife demanded he install the same en suite at their place!
