I have been very impressed with the level of service at HJ Collection Limited. Elliott Skinner has answered any questions I have had since I first invested with them 18months ago. Their communication in keeping clients up to date is outstanding. My first investment was returned on time, interest arrived on the date due and I have since increased my investment with them.

I first contacted hunter jones early in 2020 as I was trying to figure out a way to maximise a small inheritance I received. I was met on the phone with a gentleman called Jake Dean and since then I’ve now invested in 3 loan notes, HJC1, HJC2 and with HJC4. I have rolled over a loan note and also most recently had HJC2 paid back to me dead on time.
I chose hunter jones because of their unbeatable interest returns and although I was very nervous to give almost all my money to a company to invest with Jake Dean answered all my questions and has definitely gone above and beyond with his exceptional levels of communication. I do trust him. Any issues I’ve had he’s been able to push for resolutions.

I have recently had the HJC2 loan note returned to me and now will be able to buy my first home, in my opinion investing with hunter jones returns much better value than using a standard LISA, so if anyone reading this has a LISA and is on a slow trajectory to get a house fund then do consider Hunter Jones to speed up the process.

I have been dealing with HJ for a year and a half now. My main point of contact is Elliott Skinner and I am most impressed by his professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy! Talking in general about the company, I find they do what is most important for any investor - they keep their word. So far whenever I was promised something it was delivered, and on time. I do hope they will keep up excellent standards of business and looking forward to continuing cooperation!

I have been a client for many years now of HJ Collections and can't fault the great service that is given to me, Elliott Skinner takes care of all my investments and is a real customer focused person, he ensures all your account needs are met which includes regular phone calls to make sure all my interest payments have reached me, the information from the company is secoubd to none with a regular magazine showing current and future projects on the go.

You always have doubts when you are offered investment bonds with very good rates, but HJ Collections is first rate. Joe kept me up to date of the properties included in the fund and progress throughout. Even offered to visit the developments. Lots of contact and checking interest payments were received and now got my original investment back with interest exceeding any rates from banks and building societies

I invested in HJC4 one year ago. The process was so easy. They paid the interest and the capital on time. Thanks to HTJ funds, I earned more above the regular bank accounts as well as credit interest rates. Now, i decided to continue with HTJ5 for longer period, recommended to everybody..

I worked with Elliott Skinner from HJC. He helped me set up my investment, answered all my questions and was very patient. Elliott answered my emails very quickly and phoned me regularly with updates on HJC. I have enjoyed working with Elliott and was please to get my capital back and the interest promised. They do what they say on the tin. Have produced great returns. So far so good.

Naturally one would advise due diligence when making high risk investments, however, HJ Collection is as safe as they come. There proven business model focusing on deprived and disbanded buildings, reviving them, and bringing investment into the communities, is assured of a bright future, hence the lucrative returns. Patience is due, to see your investment mature, however, with CEO Reece Mennie at the helm, the company is in competent hands, and truly accountable. With the new Labour government promising to remove red tape with an emphasis on an extra 150,000 homes built every year, this model of investment is only likely to grow exponentially in the coming years.

CEO Reece Mennie is to be heartily congratulated on his recent nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year. The concept he’s developing - re-using unwanted office buildings - plus the energy and enthusiasm he’s putting into it are a tremendous example of entrepreneurship. Not only that, he’s addressing an acute national need, crisis even, by providing much-needed living accommodation.

I have been investing with HJ since 2021 and have had a very positive experience. Two of my investments have reached maturity and I still have others outstanding.
Chris has been my contact throughout and has kept me regularly updated in regard to my investments and what new opportunities are coming up that may be of interest to me. He is very knowledgeable and addressed any questions I had (there were many to begin with)! It has been an easy hands off approach to property investing and could not recommend highly enough if you’re looking to diversify outwith stocks and shares without the hassle of renovating.

Through HJ Collection and especially with the wise advice of Elliott Skinner, I have discovered the most fruitful investment projects. This Group really cares about the welfare of investors and is fully transparent.

Having downsized and done all immediate costs we had surplus cash which we wanted to deposit with a inflation beating return.So regular savings accounts were out.
We looked at several schemes and were drawn towards companies refurbing redundant office space converting into sought after small central accommodation units seemed like a double win.
We discounted too good to be true and tied in too long.
H J seemed to fit the bill with a two year fixed term.
So we invested in both saving account with two year pay out and full capital return at the period end of two years.
We also invested in the scheme offering half year interest returns with the full capital returned after two years.
That was two years ago and during the period we have been updated regularly by Elliott our contact and also received an informative in depth publication in addition to payments on time.
On period completion the full capitol and interest was transferred as requested .The second investment we rolled over for a second two year period with even better return offered.
Having completed the term I am now able to sincerely offer this review.
I am more than happy with the service I have received from Elliott my contact at Hunter Jones and all his colleagues who have delivered what they said they would exactly as stated.

I have given a 5 star review due to the outstanding service of Jake Dean, who I dealt with many times, he went above and beyond the service I expected, for example visiting me to help change the investment after my husband passed away. He was always professional and helpful. However, I cannot say the same about the rest of the company. The length of time it took to reply to my solicitors cost me money in solicitors fees, and awaiting the new paperwork which never arrived was endless. At one point I questioned the viability of the company.

Excellent and professional service by Elliott who kept me well informed at all stages of the Investment. The organisation kept to its word and returned funds as promised at the end of the contracted period.

Towards the end of last year I started investing with HJ Collection. I have received regular market up dates and phone calls from Elliot Skinner my contact at HJ. This is very useful, they have offered me other investment opportunities but there is no hard sell. I would highly recommend HJ and especially Elliot skinner.
