Warning to anyone that has disabled neighbours and want to use this company, they reverse over disabled spaces we ask nicely to get in which was fine they then blocked us in, I approached the male with tattoo’s to make him aware we would need out in 10minute to take my disabled father to an appointment. After explaining this to the lovely man he proceeded to tell me he will not be moving the removal van so I explained again and was told ‘I won’t be moving for 40 minutes and maybe you shouldn’t have forced your way into the space then’ I again said it’s a disabled space my father needs to attend an appt and was told ‘well I’ll not be moving!’ Which to my reply was ‘that’s fine I will phone the company direct’, which I did and they made the man move it, but of course the other guy had to apologies for thr guy saying no as he couldn’t even look at us. So anyone that’s got disabled neighbours that need access might want to think again. Don’t know why it’s another persons problem if they don’t know they are blocking off a full dead end street! Absolutely disgusted in this.

Our delivery person let us down. I needed an uplift and delivery.

I called this company expecting them to decline. But they didn’t. They collected and delivered to me and I am so grateful.
Within a morning they had the situation solved for me.

Excellent service from Hayden, Scott & Liam. They did an amazing job of moving everything in our house over to our new home. They arrived on time and were more than prepared for the job. They communicated thoroughly about every part of the move and were extremely delicate and careful through the whole process. When we arrived at the new house the boys asked where we wanted things and again were very delicate with our possessions. Hayden went above and beyond for us and even had to remove and replace a window pane in order to get our couch into the house which he did with ease and precision. At the end of the whole process, Hayden asked if we were happy with where everything was placed and moved a wardrobe which fitted better in another part of the room. They boys were all happy, funny and friendly and we couldn’t rate them highly enough. Hayden is professional, clever and charming. They are the best at what they do and we would recommend them to anyone needing a removals company. If you choose HJG, you’re in the best of hands. If you are from the renfrewshire area i totally recommend HJG removals.
I booked them like two days before move date and they came on time 10am Saturday morning and packed all my furniture in 40 minutes no breather or nothing and I live on the top floor of flats so was four flights they were going up and down. Met them at new flat prob 20 minute drive away and they had my stuff in new flat for half 11.
Was so happy nothing was damaged (i mean not even a scratch) no moaning from the lads lovely customer service which is rare these days.
Hope the owner sees this keep doing what you are doing good prices I had 2 men with luton van Saturday the 14th of December will definitely use again and spread the word :)
