First off I’ve been ordering consistently from HMP for 3 years. Never an issue, NEVER. I get what I pay for and that’s craft cannabis flower and concentrates. Best thca flower on the market period. Best concentrates on the market PERIOD. Ignore the negative reviews. These folks strive to deliver the goods.

Order# 34979 seen alll the good reviews so I decided to try it for myself biggest mistake of my life asked for a refund said it would take 7-10 business days I’ve waited and waited oh and I’m still waiting there completely ignoring every email I send and still haven’t sent my refund 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

#35074 is my order number, I’ve heard so many great things about this company I had to try it for myself. I can see that decision was wrong. As I’ve now waited a week and have gotten nothing. They’ve sent me an email claiming package was shipped but the post office has never ever received said package. I hope you guys correct this as I was looking forward to your products.

Definitely have horrible customer service never answered in emails only answered on there whole sale platform witch is telegram all tho they are nice there and do respond not to much help since its a different department as long as usps doesn’t lose the package everything is fine if they do your out of money and product I had to contact my bank to get money back the company them self’s wouldn’t help they do have very good product

I am coming here because absolutely no one is replying to me after so many emails sent … I placed an order on 9/25 and since absolutely no communication, my payment went through and this order isn’t even showing on my online account… why? When will I receive this order? Absolute disappointment from this company that I use to love.

Kyc check sent you the info no response, been using a different billing and shipping address for a year now everywhere lol. The payment provider offers the option lol! It's not a sign of fraud at all it's common on most all websites. My card and bank are fine, please fix this order, i'm a long time customer it makes zero sense. Order #32194 Update: Terrible customer service! They tried to keep my money and i got another response asking the order number then they go quiet again wth? Delete my account please! I have this issue nowhere else i shop online.

I've never had such great customer service when dealing with this beautiful substance, I've always needed some hmp in my life and this website has changed the way I get my holy smoke. It's a far cry from the dodgy street corner I use to have to visit or the dark net that isn't as professional as hmp.store

I'm mainly using this review to reach out to HMP. I had a package that was supposed to be sent to me on July 18th and it ended up getting shipped back to CO because there was no forwarding address. USPS says it was delivered to my house but their GPS and even the stops leading up to the delivery says CO. I'm really hoping I can get it shipped back out or at least get a refund. I've heard good things about your company, and I really want to get off on the right foot.

Update: It's now August 1st and I still haven't heard anything back. $200 lost.

Most fire THCA flower I've ever tried. I've tried white zonuts, truffle butter, Dantes Inferno, Italian ice, oreoz, fortune cookies and Klondike bars. All super gas. I reccomend HMP highly.

#28626 once again, another satisfied customer. Pineapple express was excellent. I knew it would be good, but it was a little better than I expected. Nice and fluffy and very smooth. It didn’t taste like pineapple to me, but it still had a very nice resinous flavor. You have yet to disappoint me. Keep up the great work!
