Waiting on stock for club kit since Nov 2024!... goes on pre-order for september (2025) delivery... mid october and still yet to be shipped... taken money and not delivered - no response to emails.

No service at all
I tried to order a shirt. The website had a technical problem.
Could not use my phone nor my laptop. Using different browsers made no difference.
Tried to chat and sent email. No response at all. This is the second time. Never buy there again.
Not sure what date it happened.

What is service….??
I am looking at email correspondence from before the 3rd August regarding my initial inquiry.
I reside in Australia and I make the most of the time windows for communication, however one feels being fobbed off when seeking information on a purchase.
I am still awaiting a reply.
I have tried calling moments ago (6) times and there appears some line difficulty?
Overall not a pleasant experience, frustrating more the case.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother, ordered a jacket online and didn’t hear anything for 5 days regarding delivery, contacted them and they said “ we need to order it in we will be in touch tomorrow”.
Still no reply so I contacted them myself to be told the item was no longer available and discontinued!
I’m still waiting for a refund.
