Refund Promised but Never Received – Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased a US$699 advertising package from Holiday Haven Homes in January 2026, relying on the company's written Money Back Guarantee.
After more than four months without receiving any confirmed bookings, I requested a refund in May 2026.
Despite numerous follow-up emails, the matter remains unresolved. On August 12, a company representative explicitly informed me that he had spoken with the accounts team and that they would send me the money.
More than two months later, I have received neither the refund nor any further explanation, despite additional emails.
I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, including providing the requested photographs, video, and property information.
I find it extremely disappointing that a company offering a written money-back guarantee would leave a customer waiting this long, particularly after indicating that the refund would be issued.
I hope Holiday Haven Homes will contact me promptly, honour its commitment, and resolve this outstanding matter. I will gladly update this review if the refund is received.
