My wife and I recently traveled to Brunei and Malaysia during the last week of the Eid holidays 2025 with Holiday Panda, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From start to finish, the trip was well-organized, enjoyable, and full of memorable moments. A special shoutout goes to our guide Sebin Anto, who truly went above and beyond to make our journey smooth and unforgettable. His warm and welcoming nature made us feel comfortable from day one, and his attention to detail ensured that everything ran seamlessly.
Despite a slight delay with the bus during one of our tours, Sebin handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He personally reached out afterward with a heartfelt message, which showed his genuine care and commitment to guest satisfaction. A Very Good Trip
The Trip was executed in a good order and was very exciting. Everyone in the Trip had cooperated effectively and made this Journey an awesome Trip. Although we had experienced some difficulties especially delays, we were able to maintain our entertainment and enthusiasm despite these delays. The trip was indeed a wonderful experience with many interesting aspects that was covered during the trip.

A memorable experience
The tour guide - Mr. Malik was amazing. The tourists were well taken care of and is an exceptional role model for this service, He took us to the right hotels, planned bus trips and break out sessions well ahead and always kept the tourists well informed. Our Holiday Panda coordinator - Mr. Jasim - an arm of support to all of us was always on ground for support, ensured the daily schedule was religiously complied by all tourists in our group.

We recently arranged a day tour of Sir Baniyas Island through Holiday Panda. From the beginning they were prompt in their responses and the tour was well organized. The guides employed by them for the safari were very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed the safari in the morning session, followed by a decent lunch. Then we had a good round of kayaking in a creek which we enjoyed very much. After an hour of kayaking, the group was served tea and samosas before we were dropped in the jetty for our return boat ride to the mainland. Overall it was a very pleasant and fulfilled trip well organized and conducted by Holiday Panda.

Upsetting and dull adventure with a premium price tag
I had high expectations for the Sir Bani Yas Island trip, given all the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. There were limited activities & was overpriced. Yes, there was a safari experience and that was pretty much it. It was nothing special even when they had mentioned the lunch was from the ADNH which i'm sure they haven't even known about. Overall this experience was dull and glowingly overpriced and definitely not worth the premium price for the same.

The tour was well organized. The team coordinated everything very well. Driver and guide were friendly and helpful. Food and beverages (lunch, tea and snacks) were also good. The break after lunch could have been shorter.
