Reasonable price for a good holiday insurance cover

Poor customer service. Staff spoke poor English, did not seem to understand what I was saying, and kept contradicting themselves. They rang back to tell me that what they'd just told me was wrong, then rang back again to tell me that what they'd told me the second time was wrong as well. I ended up cancelling the policy.

I received a great deal of help over the phone to complete the details.

I find Holidaysafe easy and cheaper than anyone else will certainly be using in future Thank you

Easy to renew my travel insurance

We insured with them this year, happily didn't have to make any claims, easy to take out policy, price fair so insured with them for next year holiday

I spoke on the phone to one of your customer service team. Unfortunately the gentleman was not English I think Indian, and I had great difficulty in understanding him. I felt very embarrassed at having to ask him to keep repeating the questions. Eventually we got through it but it was a trial to do so. I have used you before . If it were not for my 20% discount I would have terminated the phone call.

I’ve some pre existing health conditions and used Holidaysafe several times since being diagnosed with cancer. Yes, there are lots of questions some of which I’m not completely sure of, but the cover is very reasonable. I noticed that there’s no longer a requirement to disclose every minor issue or GP visit, a big improvement. I’ve never needed to make a claim and fingers crossed this continues. I guess that would be the time to review the quality of the product.

Easy to use website, great quotes because they actually break down the risk and treat each condition in detail rather than a blanket quote to cover themselves, this suggests more customer focus in my mind, the price compared with the leading brands emphasises this and speaks for itself.

We have used Holiday safe for many years for both one off and annual cover and have been very happy. The registration process is relatively quick and easy to provide the medical information for cover. Cover cost is comparable with other companies.

Sadly I have had to make claims for both the last occasions when I have used Holidaysafe insurance.

Both claims have been settled; my only reason for not giving 5 starsis that on the last occasion the company kept insisting on a breakdown of expenditure which did not exist.
In the end the claim was settled properly.

I've recently used Holidaysafe again for our holiday insurance and, as usual, they have provided a top service.
I went on their website and started completing the questionnaire when I made a bit of a mistake and got myself in a bit of a mess, a quick phone call them and the customer care operator was able to sort it all out in short order - She was polite, understanding and very helpful. Brilliant, no wonder we keep coming back.
