I have ordered from this company for a couple of years however it seems like they’ve sold the company or something because it seems like they don’t care now how their product arrives

Seems like they’re skimping on the shipping just to save some money or something and not caring if their customer gets soupy sea moss that never gets its original consistency back after it thawed in 110° heat on the back of a postal trunk. It blows my mind for a year to two years. All my orders arrived frozen and now the past two orders have arrived like a soup and then when you put them back in the freezer, they never get back to the original consistency and they taste different and they look different. I wouldn’t feed that to my dog afterwards.

Then the company wants to tell you a bunch of excuses instead of replace what you ordered for them I will not be ordering from them no more they have lost a 4 to 5 year customer by trying to cut cost on shipping

I really wanted to love Holistic Vitalis, especially their sea moss blend with elderberry and soursop. The ingredient combination sounded amazing, and I’ve been using sea moss for several years, so I was genuinely excited to try it.

Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match my expectations. The taste was very difficult for me to get past, and the texture was quite unusual compared to other sea moss products I’ve had. When it arrived, the outside of the jar was very wet which made me a bit unsure, though I tried to trust that it was still okay.

I really did my best to give it a fair chance and was committed to finishing the jar, but it ended up developing mold fairly quickly. Due to my husband and I both being sick, I wasn’t able to reach out right away. When I did contact customer service, I was disappointed that my request for a refund was declined. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, 4 x to be exact , but unfortunately, there wasn’t any flexibility. Their last refusal letter said “Best regards “… I beg to differ. 0 regards is more like it.

Overall, I’m just genuinely disappointed because I had high hopes for both the product and the company. I’m sharing this in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
