The support people i talked to did not know their products well. When I tried to order samples, they kept transferring me to others who kept transferring me to others, etc. I never was able to talk to someone to request samples to be sent to me. Very frustrating and stressful.

Went to Caliber Collisions for a rear bumper of a Kia, it was clear it needed replacement. Quoted me 1410. Then they increased that to 1794.29 mid repair as it turned out even more parts underneath needed replacement too which added more. Then another 250 USD for sensor calibration. So it ended up at a total of 2044, which is 68% more than the initial quote. While the quality of workmanship is great, quoting is really terrible and it could have been communicated , e.g. that another 250 are needed to be accounted for for the sensor calibration that would seem likely and another x 100 dollars for parts underneath the bumper as knowing what can be broken is why I go to a professional in the first place. If it were only about the things I can see, I could just look at the damage, look up parts prices myself and then ask for a price to install them.

als Paraplegiker sitze ich bereits seit 7 Monaten zu hause ohne passende Stomaversorgung und mit selbsgekauften Silikonurinalkondomem, weil Hollister sich einfach nicht mehr meldet und behaupet, sie stellen die inview zzt nicht her, lediglich ersatzprodukte aus Indien, die von allen betroffenen reklamiert wurden, weil es nur noch Fehlchargen gibt. Ich wurde bis März hingehalte, seitdem keine Antwort mehr.

Ich werde wahnsinnig weil mir niemand hilft, sich niemand zuständig fühlt, ich vertröstet werde mit den Satz "rufen sie mal ein anderes Sanitätshaus an", nur um dann zu hören dass die Hilfsmittel, die mir helfen, nicht übernommen oder nicht im katalog sind.

Soweit es Hygieneartikel (Stoma) betrifft,kenne ich seit Jahren nichts Besseres. Qualität und Praktikabilität suchen Ihresgleichen.

Average quality with almost no variety at all. Hollister really is lacking creativity. I used to love their t-shirts back in the days. I don't know what happened to them now.

Ive been buying their product since 2008. It was okay for the price. This year they raised the price and haved changed the materials and the product is no longer just okay. It's absolutely awful. Bought in bulk 8 boxes. Different run batches and all are the same. In order to get any use out of them, i have reinforced with plastic. Company will be bankrupt soon. Absolutely pathetic.
