I brought two products at the end of 2023. The Hub for myself and the Curator Pro for my father.

The design and quality are just as you’d expect from the images on the site. These are lovely and solid cases.

I was a bit disappointed in the Hub at first. I couldn’t get my iPhone charging cable to stay attached. I realized the newer cable tip fits and the much older ones (like 5-10 year old ones) are a bit too thin. I switched the old cable out for the newer one and have had no issues.

Very impressed with the product quilting and the involvement the owners seems to have in the company. Great customer service. Had no issues with purchasing or shipping. I ordered and item during kickstarter preorder, one of the additional items was missing from the order when I first received the product (which was not surprising from any pre-order) so email customer support got a quick response, confirmed what was missing and got it sent out to me right away.

I got the 5 coin display case it helps display the challenge coins I’ve gotten from many people it’s better than just leaving it in a soft plastic display.

Great products I really enjoyed using them and they look good anywhere I place them at home. Also wonderful customer service if or whenever you need them. They’re willing to work with you and make it right. Looking forward to their future products and hope they redesign The Hub which has great potential to be the best product they can offer.

Product shipped on time as expected. Unboxing experience was great, similar to the feel of unboxing an Apple product. Premium feel and a great visual way ti display my watches. The drawers were high quality on rollers. Other drawers I have used get stuck or are difficult to open, sometimes subject to wear and tear but these seem like they will last a long while.
