High quality product and excellent customer service.

Holme & Hadfield is a small company that blew up because of a nitch products. They are constantly improving and listening to customers. While they need to up the speed of their customer service, they overall are great and helpful, and I'm super excited to see what they come out with next.

I've purchased The Weekender, The Knife Deck, and The Armory. The unboxing is an experience. The quality and care is superb. I received a cracked lid, and the customer service was top-notch and fast. I'm happy to continue supporting this awesome company. Cheers.

Great product but I think after sales services need to improve. After you purchased the watch dock inside the package there is a paper slip with a QR code for you to scan and to a link, which is if your pillars are too big for the watch. But there were no further responses after I’ve submitted everything. When I sent email directly to their contact they came back and say there is actually nothing they can do for the pillars size and asked me to consider to buy the other product with removable pillars. Kind of pointless when you include something in the package that nothing can be done.

I love my Coin Deck and proudly display it as the centerpiece of my desk

First, Customer service is fantastic! When my husband opened his gift on Christmas we discover the lid was cracked. I email customer service, they responded in 1 day and said they had already generated an order for the replacement!
And the product itself is beautiful and well made.

The product I bought is absolutely amazing. It is the watch holder that holds nine on top and it has two drawers underneath. The quality and craftsmanship of it is amazing and the speed of the delivery was awesome.
