Not sure how this company has any 5 star reviews. So much drama about how another customer had deposited for the van and a weird telephone conversation between the dealer and the brokers, which seemed more for my benefit than anything else that was actually going on. I've gone to look for a copy of the loan agreement that I signed and surprise its not anywhere I can access. Who does that? No mention was made of the commission until I was nect deep in the purchase then I had to sign about 200 times that I knew about the commission. So I thought the interest rate was 7.75% but that turns out to be the commission. So what is the interest rate? Mystery...wow

Meanwhile, engine management light comes on on the dashboard and a need to top engine oil up within a couple of weeks. The van was supposedly serviced and as far as I recollect was AA approved. No sign of the approval or any service past the advert point.. Yes I accept I should have checked more thoroughly but my focus was keeping the decent insurance quote I had for the specific van and completing the purchase in the limited time I had.. Overall value for money so far it seems ok but who knows what's lurking around the corner and why they wont share the agreement

Was very impressed they could find reasonable financing on a car older that a 2014 plate. They were the only company that were able to provide this service that I could find. 5 star ⭐
