Avoid at all costs!! Misleading & not UK based. Ordered a game for Christmas on 6/11/23 & still waiting, requested full refund numerous times & this has not been honoured.

Ordered magnetic game on 18th Nov surprise surprise it hasn't arrived. I like others thought this company was uk based but it isn't!!!!! I have requested refund and PayPal are dealing with this fingers crossed I get a refund. Think a mth of waiting is long enough.This was a Christmas gift so now need to look elsewhere. Not happy 😒

On 8th November I ordered a magnetic game from them believing they were in the UK only to find that it was shipped from USA. As others have said, every few days tracking was sent to me keeping me updated on its transit until it cleared UK customs, 8th December, allegedly, stuck at a carriers awaiting pick up. It is impossible to get any sense out of Home-All-UK or the courier company.

This company are con artists. The name suggests they are UK based. I made an order using PayPal and they overcharged me. I then got an email saying the items were being shipped from the Midwest of the USA. If you try to contact them they refer you to the seller so they take no responsibility for what’s on their website. If they had been honest I would never have ordered.As they have refunded the overpayment I still hold out hope of getting the items if not I’ll open a dispute via PayPal. Do not buy from these people

I definately would not recommend this company, very misleading as I thought they were based in the uk, when in fact they are based in USA! I ordered a magnetic game beginning of November and I still haven’t received it!!

On 18th November I ordered a magnetic game from this company believing they were in the UK only to find that it was shipped from USA. Like others have said on here, every few days tracking was sent to me keeping me updated on its transit until it cleared UK customs and it is now, allegedly, stuck at a carriers awaiting pick up by none other than the Royal Mail. It is impossible to get any sense out of the company because when you attempt to contact them you are met with bots. I doubt I will ever receive the item so please beware before you hand your money over to this company.
***Edited to add that I did eventually receive the product a couple of days prior to Christmas. Be aware however that this is not a UK based company and be prepared to wait a good 5/6 weeks.

I ordered three items from this company, two arrived, one is nowhere to be seen.

Selfie stick, turned up and seems as described.
Super powerful torch turned up, but was a pocket torch with none of the features advertised. I have requested a refund.
Magnetic chess game - not arrived after 7 weeks, they say wait 15 days. Last update 8 days ago says its was out for delivery,

Despite the name, I suspect this is a Chinese company, shipping from a facility in the US.

Same as many others who ordered the magnetic chess game. Order placed over a month ago, tracking says it’s in the UK but no sign of it.

Scam company. Ordered a magnetic game beginning of November, and have been getting endless emails with tracking that mean nothing. Apparently its stuck in Belfast, but I am in Lincoln!!
I opened a case with PayPal and am now getting emails from a Chinese person giving all manner of excuses and saying to wait for delivery. I'll escalate to PayPal tomorrow for a full refund, & send screen shots of all these reviews.

Ordered magnetic game at the beginning of November - didn’t realise it’s a US based company - the order eventually arrived in the UK but there had been no sign of it since. The customer services department is complicated and difficult to navigate. Dont order from this company. Having read other reviews I am not alone.

Didn't realise this company was in United States, however my order of 3 flying orb balls arrived this morning which were ordered on 28th November.

Looks like a scam unfortunately, ordered a magnetic game via a facebook add 4th Nov, shipping updates show it coming from US and updated every few days, going through customs etc. cleared UK customs and now been sat "in transit" in London for 10 days. 11th December still not received anything and no updates for 10 days. Not convinced I'm going to get it at all, reading other reviews seems I've fallen for a scam like so many others. I would advise avoiding this company.

I was fully prepared to be asking my bank to claw my money back from this company based on these reviews. I couldnt believe I fell for the scam. However, my floating orb ball things actually turned up this morning! Company is in America and will add tax on when they take the money which I didnt know but the goods are here. I won't shop from them again mind just in case.

Totally misleading advertising. Avoid this company . Goods are dispatched from the USA , despite all advertising suggesting UK based company . All automation replies so impossible to contact . Refund requested but not forthcoming . Do not use this company , waste of money

No sign of package 3 weeks later. Automated response!!!!!

Order still not received from October. Stated 2 tracking numbers, the 1st appeared to reach the UK but no further and the 2nd for the same item? hasn't even reached the UK. Keep telling me waiting for logistics to update. Asked for a refund due to non receipt and told it's in transit. Asked them to refund and take up with courier but still no resolution and Still no refund and no person to contact just an automated keep saying in transit so no refund - will never order from this company again.

1 I didn’t know was coming from America as it’s a uk based company so the site says.
2 sellers does reply ever
3 all you get from the automated email service is a link to contact the seller but when you click it is a page that has a expired url.
4 after the order was placed it’s now over 2 weeks late4r and the tracking says still in America were it hasn’t even left since the 25 November
5 if you value your sanity avoid this site.

£15 order for magnetic game. No delivery date given. No delivery after 3 weeks. Took £3 extra in tax. Immediate refund from Paypal. If you look at the positive reviews they appear to be generated by AI. Avoid.

I have been waiting 3 weeks plus and still no delivery! All communications are automated. It is impossible to communicate with an actual person.
Products are not in UK but imported and additional tax has to be paid, which is not mentioned when purchase is made! Be aware!!!

I have made several purchases believing that it was from a UK based company not realising that the items were being shipped from America. I purchased several items. One particular product was the Food preserving trays. I was impressed by the idea however, after a long awaited delivery I discovered that the trays were of very poor quality. I washed them in warm soapy water and when drying them the plastic film broke away from the edges. I also noticed that the clips for closing the trays were very weak at the bending point. It looks like it wouldn’t take much for it to break. I immediately took images of the poor quality damaged items and emailed Home-All UK. On three occasions, they said that they had shipped the correct items and I could return the items but would be liable for postal costs. Not once did they acknowledge the fact that the items delivered were of poor quality! Please learn from this experience!
