Deceptive renewal discount ***RESOLVED***
Two months before the renewal of my product, Home-Use sends me an email with a promotion (discount 10%) to renew my product. I immediately renew my product but had to notice that the start date of the new period starts immediately instead of adding 12 months to my existing period. So I "won" 10% in cost, but lost 2 months of subscription period. When I send them an email explaining this, they do not reply.
AFTER THIS POST ON TRUSTPILOT, I GOT A REPLY FROM HOME-USE + A VERY GOOD SOLUTION. I AM AGAIN VERY HAPPY NOW.

Bedankt voor uw bericht. Onze excuses voor ons laat tijdig antwoord, er liep wellicht iets fout bij het ontvangen van uw bericht. Wanneer u uw licentie verlengt voor vervaldatum wordt de verlenging bijgeteld bij de resterende dagen van uw licentie. Onze excuses voor het ongemak dat u enkele dagen bent verloren van uw huidig abonnement. Ter compensatie hebben we u via e-mail een nieuwe key toegestuurd.

Ik had eerst niet door dat in de eerste…
Ik had eerst niet door dat in de eerste mail reeds de productcode had ontvangen en dat ik aan de slag kon. MAAR ondertussen is het mij gelukt om het product te registreren en is alles vlot gegaan. Dank u wel voor de vlotte verwerking van mijn bestelling.
