Fake items that costs like original
Not only do they sell poor-quality, fake Stanley cups for barely $5 less than the original price without even mentioning they are "inspired by" or "dupe," but they also have the audacity to request payment for returning them. I wouldn't recommend buying from this scam store. Giving one star because I have to choose something.

Never reply to emails. We sent 5 emails. Fake invalid tracking number
We aiming to get full refund as soon as possible but fake scam company
never reply to emails. There is no other means to contact.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I ordered a dressing table for my daughter's birthday which didn't arrive in time (still hasn't!) I have sent multiple emails asking about the status of my order and asking to cancel but have heard nothing. Live chat on site also goes unanswered. Really worries I'm not going to get my money back :-(

Very disappointed with the service of this company. I emailed several times on different occasions about the status of my order. I haven’t had a reply to any email and it has now been 10 days. On the website it claims that it takes 4-5 days for delivery. I have been waiting 10 days and haven’t had no response to my email and i am unable to track my parcel as the tracking number i was given is invalid. The past 4 days i have tried to track my order and i have been unable to as it states that the tracking number does not exist. I am gutted with the service. It is appalling.

Good dispatch and delivery time
Easy website to use. 5 days to dispatch on a Friday and my delivery arrived the following Tuesday ( it was May Day) the day before. Very efficient.

Quality of furniture. Trying to build a tv stand, not for past the first piece and the screws just keep turning and making massive craters In the furniture. 100% sending back, waiting for them to contact me about return details. Absolutely diabolical. Do not waste your money on this cheap furniture, it’s more hassle than it’s worth. The photos I’ve taken for this are shocking, I have sent them onto the company

Only thing that let them down was communications. I had to email to find out the status of my order. Order was delivered and was very happy with the goods. Would use again. Hopefully next time things will go perfectly and I will give 5* review.

Faulty, unable to play
Was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much but came with strings which it was not possible to tighten properly due to faulty tuning pegs. I was literally only going to use to help encourage my daughter to practice hers. Wasn’t even able to do that.
Am asking for a refund.
