W związku z tym, jeśli pomiędzy wypadnie weekend, data rozliczenia może się wydłużyć o kolejne 2 dni, jak miało to miejsce w Pańskim przypadku.

Jedna gwiazdka to zbyt wiele, powinno byc zero. Ocena nie dotyczy platformy, tylko procesu weryfikacji srodkow, ktory jest niedorzeczny - dlugi, nieprzejrzysty i niezaleznie, ile dokumentow sie przedstawi (w tym takie, ktorych nie wymaga mawet urzad skarbowy) ciagle jest to niewystarczające. Każde przesłanie dokumentow zajmuje pelne 5 dni roboczych i moj proces trwa juz ponad miesiac, przy ograniczonej funkcjonalności konta. Z innych komentarzybwidze, ze to problem systemowy banku, bo to jie tylko moja historia, dlatego składam skargę do instytucji zewn z prosba o przyjrzenie sie praktykom Saxo. Jezeli mialabym wybor, nie zalozylam ponowne konta w Saxo, podejscie do klienta nie ma nic wspolnego z troska o jego dobro i jego srodkow, wielka szkoda i straty finansowe z tym związane.

Being dumped!
After having accounts with Saxobank for the best part of 15 years we received an email advising us that all Cyprus accounts will be closed. Absolutely no explanation. Then the next thing are the hoops that you have to go through to get your money and stocks out and over to another broker.

Przewlekła procedura weryfikacji środków, miesiąc zablokowanego konta
Bank zablokował moje konto na blisko miesiąc, prosząc ciągle o te same dane, które już kilkukrotnie uzyskał i nie reagując ani na korespondecję, ani na reklamacje. W efekcie tego przewlekłego działania poniosłam wymierne straty - i na przelewie za który musiałam dwukrotnie zapłacić (łącznie 60 USD), który pierwotnie został zwrócony do banku przelewającego po potrąceniu opłat i na braku inwestycji.
Rozumiem konieczność wyjaśniania pochodzenia środków, ale tutaj proces trwał bardzo długo, był nieefektywny i ciągle dotyczył tego samego zakresu danych.
Poza tym jednak bardzo fajny interface, niskie opłaty i dobry zakres inwestycji. Więc ogólnie polecam.

Generalnie jestem bardzo zadowolony z…
Generalnie jestem bardzo zadowolony z jakość usługi. Czasami na załatwienie jakiejś sprawy trzeba trochę dłużej poczekać. Na przykład otwieranie nowego rachunku mogłoby wyglądać sprawniej. Ale gdy już rachunek jest otwarty, wtedy wszystko przebiega ok.
Na uwagę zasługuje oprocentowanie środków wolnych na rachunku w Saxo. Nie każdy broker to oferuje.
Bardzo cenię sobie fakt, że Saxo animuje rynek opcji na wielu różnych parach walutowych. To wielki plus.

ETF purchase bourecratic limitations
Almost on all ETFs appeared purchase limitation overnight due to missing KID document (although those can be easily found online at ETF issuers). Not professional behavior. Coming from Slovenia and wanted to have long-term provider from EU to have close local support. Now this trust is highly compromised. Competitor provider doesn't have these bureaucratic limitations.

While I understand the frustration, please allow me to clarify that we are obliged to adhere to EU regulations. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has introduced rules and restrictions designed to protect retail clients. These measures are in place to ensure that retail customers are adequately protected.
We strive to offer a wide range of ETFs to our clients. However, if the Key Information Document (KID) for an ETF expires and the ETF provider does not issue a new one, we are legally required to restrict access to that ETF for retail clients.

The worst banking experience of a lifetime
Saxo has liquidated my account without sufficient notification. Saxo has been unable to change the account address for over 2 years.
Saxo has been unable to transfer the remaining funds from the account for over 2 weeks. Saxo is unable to tell me where the funds are now. Saxo has been sending conflicting messages on the portal. I have called and chatted with Saxo representatives. all have promised quick resolution of the issue that has not occurred. I am at my wits end. I am also sure nobody will read this.
