I would never recommend Home Alliance. They do not stand behind their product. I have been trying to reach someone there for months. And finally I got of hold of someone once a salesman thought I would buy some doors. Just to find out they where going g to charge me to fix a warranty issue.

The company makes it appear as you can book a one hour window and then someone follows up with a phone call to confirm the same window. However, the one hour window turns into a 3 hour window and getting in touch with someone is near impossible. There is no BBB listing and a listed address on the website is completely absent. I would advise using someone local.

We employed Home Alliance when we wanted to cover up a hole in the wall of our living room in our home in Burbank. We met with their engineers and we came to an agreed budget and they got right to work. Home Alliance did an amazing job of finishing the task ahead of schedule. They also cleaned up afterwards. In the two years, I have worked with Home Alliance to renovate people homes all over Burbank, not one has laid a complaint about their tiling. The employees at Home Alliance are very patient to painstakingly produce a piece of art even I as a contractor is amazed with their wok. Good employees, they are always my favorite when I’m given a contract.

The quotes I have received have been priced well. The two contractors I have used were both excellent. I recommend Home alliance.
